If I could give this 10 stars I would. The staff was incredible and patient and broke each step and cost down very clearly. I know nothing about cars but I was able to understand thanks to the staff, especially Sean. Highly recommended!Their rentals are also Teslas or hybrids, which is amazing.

Had an issue with a tire. Ok Tire took me in without an appointment and fixed the issue within an hour. Great service

They took me right in time. I was finished in just under an hour. Sean is the best. Very congenial and so knowledgeable. Great people skills. Staff at front desk wonderful. I have recommended OK tires to others. Thank you

These guys are professional. I made an appointment to get new winter tires and have to say. They were super busy and still had completed the work in under an hour. It’s best to make an appointment during winter tire change over, as they get extremely busy.I was really happy leaving the shops knowing I’ll have that extra safety for me and family on the roads this winter. Big thanks to all you guys at OK Tire on Shorncliffe Road.

Was impressed with Sean and the team at OK Tire in Etobicoke. No waiting, dropped my SUV off for winter rims/tires to be installed and everything went as planned. I had some rusted bolts and they replaced that without charge. Exceptional service. Would highly recommend OK Tire based on my recent experience.

I completely understand why this place is packed every time I come in as everyone there are so professional and courteous. I had an oil change yesterday and tires changed for the winter and the service was excellent. Love this place and have recommended it to everyone I know because of the service I receive.
