At least 10 people in line, 1 person on check out, 1 person on returns. When I finally got to checkout my item she said “ I’m finished for the day”. The look on her face wasn’t apologetic it was defiant. I left my items and walked out. My daughter told me she had a similar experience.

I had a great experience shopping at Old Navy. The store is well organized, clean, and easy to navigate. The staff was friendly and helpful, and I appreciated how quickly they assisted me in finding the sizes and styles I needed. The prices are very reasonable, and the quality of the clothes is perfect for everyday wear. Overall, it’s a comfortable place to shop, and I will definitely be coming back.

Worst customer service. We asked the cashier to check a bigger shoe size and she sent a colleague, but we waited 10–15 minutes while the girl just roamed around. After all that time, she came back again to ask which shoe she even had to find. Then she checked the same shelf where there were only two sizes left — one was already in my hand — and still said it’s not available. Very unprofessional and disappointing.

The staff in-store were friendly, but the person who answered the phone tonight at 8:15 at this location was rude and unhelpful. She hung up on me while I was explaining what customer service told me really disappointing and unacceptable service. I came into the store afterward, and the young girl at the cashier was super sweet and professional.
PS: Check online deals before paying in-store, since employees don’t mention when something is on a higher sale online (though they will honor it if you ask).

I usually visit to this store of Old Navy. The staffs are very helpful and friendly and the collections are nice. They always go above and beyond to fulfill our needs. Today I went there to exchange some of my daughter’s clothes, though it was late return and one of the receipts was missing, Pauline helped me at her best to exchange the items. She is very sweet and helpful.

This location feels junky with cluttered merchandise packed into every crevice of the store. The clothing is poor quality yet quite expensive for what it is. Line up takes forever as well.
