I had an exceptional experience here. Alec's Peleton product knowledge is exceptional - physically & digitally. He comfortably guided me through a live trial with confidence & no pressure. Ended up getting a tread and a bike! Sean was also very helpful when I called in to get additional information on the delivery/setup process. Thank you both!!

I had the pleasure of working with Nick to return my Peloton rental and purchase a new one. I wasn't sure of which option to choose and he gave me all the information I needed to make a decision. Everything went so smoothly and the pick up of the rental and delivery of my new Peloton was on time and professional. Nick helped to ensure that the bike was delivered when I would be home. And he checked back, personally, and often, to make sure everything was in order. I don't often experience this level of personal and excellent service so I take notice when I do.
And the Peloton experience, in general, is amazing. I rented because I needed to make sure that I liked it and would use it. I am a life long runner and fitness geek - I could never imagine enjoying workouts as much as I love the Peloton options. I LOVE the cycling classes - and the outdoor running, stretching, meditation and strength as a HUGE bonus. Totally addicted.

No better place to buy a Peloton! I'd been interested in getting a Peloton for a few years, and going in I didn't know what to expect. But Nick R was super informative in helping me choose the bike that would be right for me. He explained all the gear I may or may not need depending on my goals, and what options I would have once using the bike. This helped me get everything I need to actually start working out.
Honestly, in some places staff can be a bother and it can feel like they're pressuring you to make a decision or trying to upsell you, but it was nothing like that at Peloton with Nick! All he did was answer my questions and provide information.
I'm now using the bike almost daily and feeling great! Such a convenient, fun, and effective way to get my daily workout in. Thanks Nick!

We had the Best Experience with our treadmill purchase because of Nick R (Sherway Gardens). He was very patient , knowledgeable and was always available to answer any questions or concerns we had. We would definitely recommend Peloton at Sherway Gardens because of Nick R and all the other staff. They are all amazing!

Tread is JUNK. Owned it for only 18 months and already monitor is trash and they want $850 to replace it. Wish I hadn't bought it. Massive waste of money.

Amazing service. From the first phone call to this store Aleksander was very helpful & then on visit day to the store, Nick did an amazing job to help us try all the products & decide which ones to buy. We ended up getting the bike, treadmill & guide. We have been using all 3 over the last few weeks & so far can't say but good things, it's motivating, the personal profile on these devices, the ability to track your performance in time & the customization of the workout are just a few of the things that come to mind. Thanks for all the good work guys.

Love our bike and Maria!We had the best shopping experience thanks to Maria’s helpfulness and very lovely personality. She walked us through how the bike works and set up myself and my husband. She also helped us get the app sorted out. There was also a very helpful gentleman who assisted in setting up the app (also great!)Maria checked in a few weeks later and for that I was super impressed.We’ve had our bike for six weeks and we’ve had zero regrets. Great experience dealing with Alec and the rest of the staff at the store.I went in with several questions and all of my questions were answered by the time I left.I ended up purchasing a bike and Alec set up the delivery and explained literally everything for me.Overall a great experience from the staff at this store!!

I have been very much loving my new Peloton bike…. Thought I could benefit from a “fine tuning” by a fitter. Although I live a distance away, I chose to come in person. Best decision!!! I met Nick who was patient, knowledgeable, and thorough… Very happy with the changes in settings .I have implemented the tips he gave me. Very positive experience and highly recommend.

Absolute best experience with Nick (Assistant Showroom Manager) from this showroom!I was super lucky to have gotten in touch with him to sort out some extended warranty purchasing, and get my hands on a Guide. Nick was super helpful and went above and beyond to match a bundle sale for the Tread I had just purchase. He even reached out to me via email after transferring me to a different department, and everything worked out perfectly cause my call accidentally got disconnected after the transfer, but Nick was able to sort everything out via email. So far the experience we've had with Peloton's service has been amazing, but my interaction with Nick was above and beyond. Thank you again!If you're lucky enough to live close to this Showroom and you need anything Peloton related, or even if you're from a different province, give this showroom a call. They'll make sure you get the best deal!
