It is always a pleasant experience coming into this location.Recently, I purchased a salmon Healthy Paws package for our doggie and wanted to exchange it for beef. I called to request for an exchange and without hesitation, the request was honoured.Thank you for looking out for the community.

Great staff, they took the time to interact with and show a 2yr old tabby to my daughter (also 2) and teach her how to properly play with a fish toy on a string. Made my daughter's day.

I went this store yesterday. At the checkout the cashier didn’t give me a receipt and she told me this item is not refundable. My dog had surgery and he able to take off his cone. The vet told me to get a donut pillow for him. We got XL, that is the right size for our dog but he was still able to lick his wound. This morning he bite the donut pillow and made it unusable. I paid for this item 55$ and couldn’t even use it for a full day. Obviously I am very upset right now because I can’t even get my money back!

I have been a loyal customer since 2014 (when I was still living in another province) and always loved the service, the deals and the fact that this store carries so many good brands. Unfortunately I haven't been able to find my cat's favourite food anymore, although it shows in the website. It clearly says that it's available, and that the cases with 24 cans are only available for shipped orders. Great, that's what I want. However, when I choose this option, it says I can't proceed because the product is not available for shipping. What the heck? I then choose "pick up" and same thing happens. So why is the product even showing in the website??? This has been happening consistently for the past months. Before that I was able to buy this same flavour and brand online with no problem. This was my last try... fix your website/inventory and you wanna keep your customers.
