I came to this location to scan a lottery ticket and to have it cashed out. I then proceeded to tell the worker, that the scanning machine says see lottery retailer. I scanned it about five times to make sure that that’s actually what was occurring. I went to the lottery retailer and I said can you scan this please? I’m like your machine isn’t working. It says C lottery retailer, so he starts yelling at me and telling me that I need to go at the machine that he cannot scan it here! His name is DEVANSHU!! But every has same name tag. comes back screams at me and throws the ticket in my face. I’m like why are you yelling at me? I’m like it’s your job to scan the ticket for me. It’s a winner. I want to cash it out and I’m like why would you throw the ticket in my face? What is wrong with you? This is all on camera by the way , at 5 o’clock in the afternoon so if you’d like to go and check the video! you can see everything that occurred. There was a gentleman there that witnessed the whole thing that was riding a bike and came in to get drinks. This is the most disgusting behavior I’ve ever had. I’m a white young lady and be treated like that from somebody it made me feel very much that I was belittled and it was unbecoming behavior of this man considering I’m a regular at the store. I’ve never seen this gentleman before and I’m not sure. I even wont come back

best gas station in Etobicoke, one employe is very helpful and kind. I forgot my wallet and my phone and Devanshu, an employee there, held it up for me. It was after 10:30 PM and he waited for me to collect it before leaving. Anyone could have easily just switched it off and used up the cash but he took the higher ground.

One of the best Petro staff across Ontario. They treat customers well and are well informed on various products. It is my usual go to gas station for lotteries as the staff is well versed with different lotteries.

Terrible employees! I showed up at 10:55 and the employees had locked the door and told me it closes at 10:45....
Google says it closes at 11pm. I have been there 5 minutes before 11pm other times and it has been open. There was 2 other customers there also trying to buy stuff.
Not only are the employees liars and lazy, but they just cost the owner money. I will not go back if I see those 2 bozos are still working there.

They have a sign for 2/5.50 rockstars and refused to give me that pricing and insisted on charging me $10. He tried to tell me it was another one but I showed him the picture I had just taken and he told me to grab a different brand for that sale and when I said I didn’t want that brand he tried to rush me out. Buyer beware they put up fake sale signs so you spend more. Horrible business practice also refused to cover the sale price on the display.

It was -25 feels like, and 9:30 am in morning they asked to pay inside. Then went in, give 100 dollar bill and asked for 50 dollars gas and man working there said I have no change. Being a gas station and not having 50 dollars in change is really strange thing. And the worker was not even friendly and helpful. Zero star (starless) experience.
