So, got an order delivered to my home and for some reason a tip did not register on the online order. The driver gives me my order and then asks " Hey, I didn't see a tip come through on the order" . So, I went to my car and got a tip for him. Is this a typical practice? I paid for my food and paid for delivery. The only thing the driver cared about was a tip. And, did not give me my receipt. Great practice Pizza Pizza. Business lost

Double charged me and refused to refund it advising "contact your bank" terrible customer service and unbelievable business practice for such a huge chain. Will not be ordering here again.

Today I went to pizza pizza for work in building metro Toronto convection and the Philippines stuff were so so so rude and who's the manager over there please say your stuff to behave good very bad experience working with pizza pizza

Terrible service. Got a bad XL pizza with wrong toppings and all they had for me were apologies and thank you for your feedback. Was a regular. Will never order from here again.

Don't know if he is the owner or not but he was excessively rude. Not sure if that is acceptable behavior in his country but definitely not here. Pizza pizza should really consider the people they ha e representing them. I'll never order from that store again. And I will tell others not to do it either

I ask for tomato sauce for my panzerrotti on the side...didn't receive it...called to see if I could pick some up and was told no!!!.. after alot of b.s. he says it's 24 cents for sauce! I spent 65 dollars on wings and panzerotti! You lost a good customer

Cauliflower crust pizza is to expensive. Service is terrible. They don’t even know the diameter of there pizzas. 12” cauliflower is $18 + extra for toppings. They do not train there staff at all. Terrible. Don’t eat here.

Horrific customer service from Ashley at Pizza Pizza.
As a senior and not tech savvy with QR codes and scanning to an unfriendly app after attending a Leaf game. Contacted Customer Service for help with much disappointment!

Head office is a joke any problem they do not take it serious they call you a liar even with proof any problems with pizza do not go to head office just chalk up your losses and find a new pizza horrible food horrible people and atrocious management

Love pizza pizza. Your store in New Liskeard is so good. The people are amazing go out of their way to make sure my food is always cooked the way I like it. Delivery people are so friendly. Great service in the north. Thanks

Oneof the staff was scooping mushrooms into a container with her bare hands. To make matters worse, she was wearing rings. When I mentioned this the ‘supervisor’ said that she was married so she could wear the rings. I suggested she wear gloves over those ‘allowed’ rings. My request was ignored.
