I have left my car for deep clean on Friday morning at 9 AM and came back to pickup the car around 12:30 PM.While picking up the car, I have noticed that there was a new dent in the driver’s door which is absolutely a new one. So I have requested the manager to provide the camera footage to prove that the damage was not occurred here. He asked me to come on Saturday since he doesn’t have access to the camera, so I came on Saturday and then same response to come back on Monday.Now it’s Monday evening, till now he is saying that owner has not come yet and till now there is no footage provided.I kindly request you to provide the camera footage for that 4 hours to prove that damage wasn’t caused here. Already I have waited for 4 days and nothing happened till now.Hope you understand my concern.Car - Hyundai Elantra 2023Color - RedTime left the car - Feb 9, 2024 9 AMPickup time - Feb 9, 2024 12:30 PMPlease provide the camera footage for this 4 hours.

Nice, clean streamlined operation. Taking into account ehat has happened recently around the world and in Canada, Popular car wash made services touchless. One just have to drive through, never open a window and get the car cleaned.Like that and appreciate management proactive measures.Services: Polishing

The employees are more or less friendly but the whole process here is very slow. It's like a slightly cheaper version of the Auto Spa but run down and inefficient. I got the switch interior and exterior clean and was there for well over an hour. The cat majority of the time was spent waiting to get in for the interior clean. There is no real way to wait in line for the interior so cars were parking in the vacuum spots out of order which was frustrating. The exterior wash also didn't do a very good job. I thought I'd save a buck by going here instead of going to the Auto Spa but I'll be driving past this place every time.

Definitely avoid this place. The customer service is extremely poor. I took my car for an interior / exterior clean. They spent more time fiddling around with my cars stereo system trying to pick a song they liked than actually cleaning my car. There was a long wait and my car wasn't cleaned to the standards that I would have expected for $50. Their tunnel wash needs to be renoed as well. I'd suggest the Autospa in Mississauga or Burlington. Far better service.

facts:- paid for "gold" package interior cleaning.- took 25 minutes and the car was not cleaned in a satisfactory manner as evidenced by attached photos.- extremely sloppy workI will bring my business elsewhere and would recommend the same to anyone looking for quality work.

Very disappointed with the service. Mats were still dirty, minimal carpet vacuuming done underneath, dirt from boots still on back on driver/front seats.We had to: get a bissell little green machine to clean stains on seats and carpets; take all rubber mats and removable carpet mats out to wash; vacuum all around seats and trunk area.Seriously disappointed. Will never return. 0/10

Great car wash. Lousy car dry!Too bad the blowers fail to remotely dry the car and it requires hand towelling every time.
