“Usually a pretty good experience when coming to pick up packages.Recently, likely due to the pandemic, I noticed that they're sometimes closed when the hours say they're supposed to be open (ie; Sat 9am-6pm when going in at 2pm). If their hours are different temporarily, they don't have it mentioned anywhere. kind of annoyed that I don't know when I can go in and get my stuff.”
“24x7 secured location. Security desk is not very helpful. Channel through Canada Post Online Customer Care before approaching this location. Utmost important to gather the supervisor’s name on duty to retrieve anymore information or document. Security desk will not be able to help unless you have a name (not just the case number)”
