Nice customer service, greatly assisted and was patient with me during a convention season while I was exhausted from walking distance, along with great quality paper and clean cuts. The pricing was fair considering the situation I was in. Happy I was able to get this service when it was needed and can’t wait to use it again.

I called them up today morning asking for a print for 1 paper and they said that it would be $2. Since, staples online print services would have taken longer, it was an emergency and I decided to go with them. When I reached their shop for pick up, the man said $5 if you are paying by card. I asked why so much? Also why wasn't I informed that card payment would be more than double the charges. They said it is just how it is. The owner was listening to the conversation and burst in saying, " Lady, you can go to Staples but here it will be minimum 5 dollars for the card and besides I am getting broke". I was shocked at how unprofessional his attitude was, and at how he confronted me, I surely wouldn't mind paying 5 dollars if they offered an additional print or anything worth the bucks. He also had a Porsche company car parked outside, I wonder if he is getting broke enough to pay his car bills. Even the quality of his print was below avg. I just replied to him that well we all are getting broke, paid him $5.65 (with taxes). I will never go back and do not recommend this place. They are crooks and will rob the customers so they can afford their luxuries.Customer service - 0/5Product quality - 2/5

I am very impressed by the positive and friendly attitude of this business, they made my day, I sent them the e-mail for my printing job, 3 hours later it was ready!!! Thanks for supporting my business by completing a job on time and I am happy to support these guys.

After receiving two too dark prints out of three I ordered, that did not show the contrast of the image well, I inquired what could be done regarding this. I was met with “we do not alter images” and there was no other solution. That was very disappointing that there was no resolution that could have been made. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

We came a few minutes ago to do a quick print run for a friend. The man was training a new employee and was continually berating her in front of us. They made us wait 45 minutes before they could give us a quote and wanted to charge $56 just to print out 16 8.5”x11” pages which would be about $2 at any Staples. Really the worst customer service I’ve ever seen. Avoid!

These guys are actually really amazing cause I really needed to print something important fast and they just did it easily and fast. They have really good quality machines and stuff so if you need official work done, they’re the guys to go to. They’re also very nice, friendly, easy to talk to, and understanding. Honestly I’m really grateful. Thank you so much Print3!!

I have used Print 3 in Etobicoke for many things & I am always very satisfied with all their work. They are very quick, helpful, always willing to make changes or offer advise if needed. I fully recommend anyone use the services they have to offer.
