After having trouble with UPS online pickup due to their misinformation, I came to this branch for help.Was assisted by Sohaib in store and Hassan on the phone. Even during busy or stressful times, Sohaib maintained professionalism & customer care. I was there for a couple hours and he assisted me with respect the whole time. Hassan was very helpful to me on the phone. Also the driver's Paul and his partner were amazing. Thank you all ??
