Booked video call but never received the call link. Kept checking my email while waiting on phone to be connected with someone at the branch. No conference link and no one came on phone until 20 minutes when I hung up and stopped looking for the conference link. Such a poor customer service.

The mortgage specialist at this branch is either incompetent or simply does not care about his clients. I previously had nothing but good experiences at this branch, but I’ve now had to deal with this individual twice, and was extremely disappointed both times.He is dismissive, rushed, fails to return phone calls in order to close deals. Renewing your mortgage is stressful enough and having to deal with someone who does not care about their clients is extremely frustrating.

Visited to open my bank account.Was attended to by Roshane and Irma,super amazing people! Went out of the way to make me feel comfortable and gave me more information and tips than I'd expected.Great service.

Extremely disappointed with the service level at the branch + the bank on the whole. Reported the lost CC, cancelled it, and found it. No fraudulent transactions were reported. +~800 (I originally paid) mistakenly appeared on my CC statement a few months later( Nov-22). Visited the branch to address the issue - still not resolved. FA isn't replying to my emails, different departments refer to each other - what "great" Customer service. Leaving the bank once the issue is resolved.

I came into this location after applying for a new account online. I get up to the counter and hear the lady snickering and referring to the client she had just served as ridiculous to her co-worker at the next booth. I proceed to let her know I applied for an account online and was here to complete the transaction. She asked me for my ID which I provided. After 5 minutes or so she says they will mail me my card. I asked "That's it? No card nothing?" and both girls and some trainer in the next two boths around her heard what I asked. I wasn't being rude but a little loud as I was surprised. I get home, contact customer service at RBC and he tells me she was supposed to give me a temporary card and I need to go back to the branch.Well I made a better choice and opened an account with the Big Red S. Opened online, no problems. Went into the branch and received my new card. Train your people working the booths right, I know it's complicated given the people you are given for the job but something has to be done. The Big Red S. managed to figure it out.

Waited in line for 40 minutes then the teller refused to put my cash into my account and demanded I use the ATM to put the cash in. The reason I wanted to use the teller because it was a substantial amount of money. Regardless she refused and actually said “no because it will take too long”. Horrible customer service, almost makes me want to fully change banks. Will not be using this branch anymore for any of my banking.

BHUWAN just told me to go to another branch because the lady who handles wire transfers is on lunch. Royal Bank customer 30 years. Mother RBC 40 year employee. Moving accounts to Scotia way better service.

I can not find solution any of my account concerns lately and customer service is not good as past. Service was much better last year. I recommend queensway and parklawn RBC location.

Worst customer service denied service even after bringing 2 IDs now can't update my PIN and left without cash. Closing the account soon. Asking me to go to home branch to update my info. This is 4th world country service.

Trash branch do not go there. I wanted withdraw money and they said the amount was too high you only had a limit of 3000 to draw daily. Went to another branch and withdrew as much cash as want.

This is my favourite branch ever, I have been costumer for years with them and they have treat me very special. All tellers and advisers are very helpful and friendly. Irena is number one.
