I would have given 0 stars to this branch if I could. The service is terrible, the manager Valter Madeiros should not be serving as the management/leadership because he has ZERO customer service skills, is rude, disrespectful and does not know how to handle customer concerns/complaints. He does not know how to dissociate and not make a concern personal.RBC should really consider the type of leadership they want in place representing their organization. He does not know how to be in a leadership position, and therefore should not be training other staff.

I wouldn’t even give this place a star. -10 if possible. This is the worst RBC branch. The branch manager, Valter Medeiros is extremely disrespectful and does not have any customer service skills. He really should not be a branch manager. Has 0 leadership skills and literally behaves like a child.

I open my account online and received an email asking me to verify my details in person at any RBC location. In the email it clearly stated that NO APPOINTMENT is required, however the CSR refused to acknowledge the email and asked me to visit next time. I am not sure what kind of training or customer service this is, when I have just opened the account.

I can see why this location has such a bad rating. I went to deposit a bank draft to this location and the Branch Manager Walter and the Teller were so rude. This same branch in covid had a PB that hit my credit 5 times for an Overdraft. Will continue to use TD and CIBC will switch my wife out of rbc as-well.

so disappointed, I went to this location and got the worse costumer service ever with one teller she has short black hair sitting in the corner, she was so rude, and she make me leave RBC without providing me what I needed. RBC should teach their tellers to respect customers. I will never go to that branch and I will complain to the head office. I traveled all the way to that branch to get the worst customer service ever.

Dealing with Sohael Ladak (Financial Advisor Intern) on a mortgage has been the worst banking experience of my life. The application took 3 months and it's still not complete. Sohael has 0 product knowledge and have a careless attitude. Even after couple of complaints the manager won't assign an experienced Financial Advisor to deal with my mortgage.

This location only had 2 tellers available during the lunch hour on a Reconciliation day (Friday the 29th) where the bank was going to close on the Saturday and Monday. Very unacceptable to customers.

I've had some issues with RBC recently but my interaction with Keyla was a breath of fresh air. She was very patient and polite and able to answer all my questions. Even laughed at my bad jokes

I was there last week in Thursday had a problem with my money being stolen from atm and the next day I went to this branch I spoke to miss Kelly diaz the assistant branch manager she was very kind and helpful to me to solve my issue and the tell was also very kind and helpful thank you miss diaz and your staff for solving my problems great experience I had see you soon

Not the one I'd recommend.They won't help or advise properly and also want you to do all the work when they are there to help you out.Staff is just talking among themselves and barely anyone is helping when 4 of the staff people are just gossiping around.My absolute worst experience in this branch.RBC needs to work on the employees and teach them to offer better services.

Very bad experience at this branch. They charged account fee even after waiving it. RBC employees do not care about their customers and call you personally at the branch without serving its purpose. They are so dynamic not following their promises even you have all kinds of accounts with RBC. So disappointing and worst experiences I have seen in any banks in Canada so far. I will never go with RBC in future for sure.

This is the worst bank, allover in Toronto. Such a bad experience. They don’t know how to deal with thé customers. I booked an appointment 15 days ago for April 15, when the day came, I got a call from manager in the morning around 9 saying that your appointment at 12 pm cannot be accomplished, due to shortage of staff. They told me to reschedule and that was weeks after, just for opening a bank account. I didn’t got any confirmation or email regarding cancellation of appointment. Then, I called customer support, the lady on the phone consulted with the bank advisor, and he said the appointment is still under his system and we can visit. I came to bank, and I was told to wait. After waiting, the advisor told that I have to talk to manager. She said your appointment was cancelled in the morning, when she called me, refused to help and offered no assistance. They could have easily helped me as there was negligible crowd. I don’t know what they are getting paid for. They have no value for customers time. I will cancel my existing account, and will suggest no one to ever visit this bank. They are totally wastage of time. Everyone has their timetable already setup, I made appointment according that. If you can’t help the customer when their appointment comes, there is no point of offering these useless appointments. Such a bad experience.
