Customer service doesn't exist here.First time at this branch.Walked in and someone smiled But the Teller I dealt with was definitely not having a good day.Teller had their personal issues and only wanted me to leave.Never going to this branch again.Makes me think why am I still with RBC because this is the second branch I had this experience with.

Terrible experience and horrible service. Students, please beware not to open a GIC account with this bank. My niece activated her GIC account at a different branch, however, the advisor requested she bring an enrollment letter to apply for a credit card account. My niece went to this location(as it was closer) to apply for a student credit card with Karl after getting the enrollment letter from the college. The least we knew was that this would be a never-ending process which hasn't been resolved to date and there is no basic courtesy to get back even after you send an email or leave a voicemail. My niece applied for a credit card with a different bank and the application was processed within a week.

Most ridiculous service ever. We have a business account with RBC and usually drafts are cleared within a few days and cash is accessible immediately.I had to make 3 bank drafts for another company I had to pay TODAY and I happened to stop by at this branch. For some reason I had a hold on my funds and only $1,700.00 was accessible. This made no sense as I had deposited almost over $5,000 in cash through a teller 2 days ago, and confirmed with them at that time that the amount will not be on hold. The "Assistant Manager" said funds will be available the Tuesday of next week, whereas I have done enough banking and enough transactions to know that usually it doesn't take that long, especially for cash?In summary, the assistant manager could not provide me with any clarification or explanation on why even my cash was on hold, only justification was "it is the system".We went to another RBC 5 minutes from them and called RBC Help-line, BOTH OF THEM confirmed that there are NO HOLDS and the funds are accessible. To which I was able to do the business transactions I had to.AVOID THIS BRANCH because of the assistant manager who has no idea what's going on and may need to take a couple of customer service classes.

After going through a TERRIBLE experience with telephone banking giving me wrong information, followed up with a visit to the weston road and lawrence location giving me even more terrible information, I ended up at this branch where I was helped by Marjorie. She is the first RBC rep who actually offered me help and gave me correct information and informed me on what to do and how to approach the issue I was facing next time. Bless her. Marjorie thank you, I hope they notice and appreciate your talent and knowledge. In my opinion they should have you training other branches and staff. You are an absolute gem. Thank you. Maria

Excellent location with a lot of extra parking in the back. You can walk in and talk with the advisors with no appointment. The staff appear happy and you will enjoy the fast service.

This branch is providing bad costumer service . Specially Manager is very unprofessional rude and have no manners to serve clients. Finally they don’t have much information regarding the products and procedures of RBC .

Alka made our experience at RBC so amazing! We went there to open up a business account and we weren’t sold on RBC yet. We were actually thinking of going with another bank until we met her and she explained everything to us. We were happy enough knowing Alka would be the person in charge of our business account with RBC since she was such a kind and pleasant person to be around. Thanks for everything Alka.
