The manager at this branch is the rudest most dismissive person I have ever encountered at a bank. I left the bank in tears after he laughed out loud in my face when I called him rude. I will never deal with him again and this branch needs to start looking for a new branch manager.

The most pathetic experience in getting anything done here.I have been a client with RBC for 7 years now and there is no customer relationship maintained here ever.All I wanted was a bank draft which usually gets waived off but there are some real bad advisors here. He said, “Go to another bank if you have an account with them to get a free bank draft”.This is what you hear from a service you pay $15 a month for as a client for the client card for 7 years and counting. I strongly advice not going to this branch at least for anything.

RBC IS THE WORST bank to deal with for any reason at all.Their machines don’t work properly and when something happens to their machines while doing transactions, they make you wait the MAX ammount of business days for you to get your money back for THEIR mistakes.They hold on to government checks, cerb checks for the maximum allowed business days just to frustrate you.If your not a millionaire, don’t ever bank with ANY RBC because they will treat you like trash and will hassle you every chance they get for your money.Go to TD, totally different experience and can cash in cheques 24/7 and they release a majority of the funds immediately !I will be closing all my RBC accounts immediately.

So far, was able to make it done everything I need there. It was not super quick, but staff try to help solve appearing problems, but not kick out problems with clients together, how it happens sometime now-days

Most useless branch in this area!!!!I went with a problem today and they said it’s can’t be fixed,I said I did the same before and they sent me to the branch I was doing this last times,so I went to the branch on Dixie and Dundas and got it done in a couple minutes!!!

I have been receiving excellent customer service from the first day I entered this branch a few years ago. I always get service with a smile and confirmations by phone or email when any investment or retirement transactions I request are completed.

it is so bad i want to give you a zero, but thats not possible so im giving you a one.but in all seriousness, i received no customer service at all, was actually refused entry to the branch even though they were open, and was given no help with my banking issue.bad enough to want to switch banks. bye
