Service tech rep was really rude. They were great at Eatons centre experience store.Never coming back to this store again and likely not buying another Samsung phone again. Might as well stick with Apple.

Very bad experienceAs per the warranty it's their job to repair my cell but they refuse to do it.Even i talked with manager but he didn't even resolve my issue.

I purchased 2 phones (Samsung S23 ultra) at Samsung store at Sherway garden's. One received with the damaged pen.When i went to get it fixed,at first they said there is no problem and the pen will arrive within 2 weeks. As noone called i went to check on what is going on,only to be informed that the pen was never ordered and it has to be paid $85 for the replacement and it will be ordered. They are selling obviously used phones with previous damage only to pretend it has been damaged by the customer and to provide poor customer service.Even the customer support is not capable of handling simple calls. At the end of the call they will not send any kind of confirmation which says a alot about the way this company takes care of their customers.

My experience in the store was fair with a nice salesperson, I ordered the new S24 and chose my appointment to come pick it up and I received an email on the appointment day (5 days after purchase) saying that they couldn't have my phone available and that they will contact me to give me a new appointment!! That phone was supposed to be a gift! It ruined everything!!! Now 4 days have passed after the appointment day and I received no calls!!! They don't answer the phone and don't reply to emails!!!

Had my inner fold 3 screen protector replaced for $65+ thinking they will do a better job than a $20 buck Joe in a cubicle. Wrong lol... inner screen lasted 3 weeks and now peeling. Asked for warranty service and they told me it's 7 days without providing written proof and invoice states 30 days warranty on accesories!!! My potatoes last longer without a fridge. Anyway poor workmanship and customer service - sorry Samsung, ant believe you can't guarantee your works past 7 days on a $2000+ phone. Filling a charge back with credit card for a service not completed.

Pre ordered a phone in store and made an appointment to pick it up, samsung s24 ultra, on my way to pick it up I get a email saying it won't be in, the email was 10 minutes before pickup time,tried to call store numberious times with no answer, after about ten calls someone picks up then tells me to wait a minute then just hangs up on me, I tried speaking to a manager after who was equally as rude, went back to store, got my money back from pre order and I will never return to this store, good luck dealing with these people, not a good samsung experience at all

The screen on my Galaxy Flip 5 (bought in August 2023) started showing black lines, eventually covering the entire display. There was no water damage or drop involved. I visited the Samsung store at Sherway Gardens and was promptly assisted by a Galaxy Consultant, Jonathan. Since I did not have the extended warranty, Jonathan informed me that they needed to check with the tech person to determine if the repair would be covered under warranty. It turns out that the tech person has the final say on warranty matters in the store.After a brief wait, I was disappointed to learn that the repair wouldn't be covered under warranty and that the warranty has been voided due to minor cosmetic scratches on the bezel and back (not the screen), and the estimated cost of repair was $560.Fortunately, Jonathan agreed to escalate my case to the head office. After waiting for 5 days, I received the positive news that my repair would indeed be covered under warranty, as long as there was no evidence of water damage or broken internal parts.I finally had my phone repaired this past weekend and want to express my gratitude for the assistance provided by Jonathan.

RUDE and INCOMPETENT STAFF. I came to #Samsung store in the #Sherway_Gardens_Mall / #WestMall to buy Samsung S24. #Dawit_Park was the only person at the entrance and was explaining a few technical / graphic things to a customer for 15 minutes. I said excuse me, I have a 30 seconds question about what deals are available for S24, can I ask? Neither Dawit nor the customer accepted it. When I said it is an appointment based Explanation and Dawit should not take other people's time. Dawit and the customer started arguing with me for about 3-4 minutes. I asked it is an appointment based conversation and Dawit should take care of other customers as well. I asked how long does this explanation takes, 30 minutes? 1 or 2 hours? The customer said as long as it takes and Dawit said yes. I said it's wrong. Dawit said either wait as many minutes as it takes or he'll call security.I saw a few people stood in the line I asked for buying the phone should I stand in the line? Dawit said yes. I said while for 15 minutes I was standing why didn't you tell me earlier? I said you to Dawit you should not waste other customers' time like this by spending time just to explain a few technical issues to a customer. Dawit said no. I asked for his manager he said he's the manager. Then I asked for his supervisor's contact info. I also said if you even call security I still need Dawit's superior's contact info. So Dawit went and brought 2 cards with emails of himself and his superior.After the 1st customer left Dawit did not come to me and went to another customer and did not respect my place in line. After the 2nd customer left I went to Dawit went to another customer. I complained saying it's my turn. Dawit said that this 3rd customer was ahead of me. I said I didn't see him in the line. Dawit said he went and came back. I said he should have been in the line (I meant if that's how you treat customers i could go and come back too. But for treating customers like this you should write names of anyone who comes to keep their place in line). Dawit again didn't accept my words. Eventually the 3rd customer said ok talk to him (Ali)! I thanked him and asked what deals are available with 2 options: trade in, and otherwise. Dawit explained 2 kinds of deals. Our conversation took about 2-3 minutes. I thanked Dawit, shook hands to not have any hard feelings and left.I am extremely disappointed with this branch and Dawit's behaviour. It was unfair and rude. I hope you fix this for the sake of future customers. But I never buy anything from this branch.
