I have used Scotia for over 40 years and have had mostly good experiences, but I have to say that the front line staff are general good but the management customer service and managmant of this branch is Horrible. From the condition of the physical building broken entry doors always broken ABM machines and never staffing properly so you are always waiting long wait times to get served. Never helping the front lines just sit in their offices and are not aware or care about whats happening outside their office. When confronted about these issues always make excuses and or smile and shrug there shoulders. like everything is out of there control. They show they just dont care. More concerned about locking the branch and getting out the door as fast as possible.
Like i said I bank at 4 different banks and the complacency at this branch is the worst I have ever seen.
If you have to bank with Scotia bank pick another branch you will certainly have a better experience and service.

My parents have been banking with Scotia since the 80s. My mom has an issue with her account (app error code). She spoke to 3 reps online customer support (each call took over an hour of wait time) and no one could help but recommend that she go to a branch to address her issue. I went to this branch with my mom and the teller was snarky and very rude to my mom. Glancing around, the employees looked unhappy and zoned out. Ultimately, this teller couldn't do anything and told my mom to just call online support. My mom is fed up with Scotia and planning to switch banks now!

Jackson entertained today with my withdrawal. Very professional and productive. I was standing in front of all employees. He is the only one who called rest are just ignoring or acting busy. Strongly recommend offer him some higher position. One less star for all those professional actors.

I truly regret opening a business account with Scotia Bank. You have to go to your branch to deal with any issue. Don't waste you time calling. When you set up your account, they don't care if you get charged $450 in bank fees in four months and then to fix it I had to go half way across town only to be told they would get back to me about the fees. Worst banking experience. I thought I was moving to a better bank, but it was a big mistake. Terrible bank

Branch carries very little cash on hand. What is the point of a branch if you are told to do everything online and they don't have cash to pull out?!

Quite literally the worst banking branch I have ever been in. They're incredibly rude. They seem bothered by your presence. I used to bank with them, I had an incredibly awful experience. So bad in fact, I closed my account and moved onto a different banking institution all together, and have never had issues like I did here. Bank ANYWHERE ELSE!

my experience was extremely disappointing. Here are the main issues I encountered:
1. **Unfriendly Staff:** When I finally reached the teller, I was met with a rude and unprofessional attitude. The teller seemed uninterested in assisting me and was impatient when I asked questions about my account.
2. **Inefficient Service:** I visited the branch to resolve an issue with a recent transaction. However, the staff member handling my case was unable to provide a solution. Instead, I was given conflicting information and ultimately told to call customer service, which defeated the purpose of my visit.
Overall, was a terrible experience. unfriendly staff, inefficient service, clear that this branch does not prioritize customer satisfaction. I will be taking my banking needs elsewhere and would not recommend this branch to anyone.

The bank sent me an email approved line of credit and credit card when I came to the branch she said we’re busy go to other Branch what kind of service is that was very rude her name is Lisa and the bank was empty me and the other guy no customers

I’d give 0 out of 5 if I could. Messed around with my mine and my husbands time and money.
manager Laura and FA we dealt with gave us both different and WRONG information. Manager went MIA and made her colleague figure out everything for us, WITHOUT letting us know, we found out from her voicemail she was gone the day after everything LOL haven’t heard a word from her since. Please save yourself the time and go to another bank.

Staff act like everything is a chore, give customers attitude and are unwilling to help. Not issue that occurred once but on a regular basis.
