BEAWARE. They are Thieves... Never ever risk storing your stuff there. They lured me in giving a three month discount and then started sending bills with illegal charges. $50 late fee for $80 rent. When I mentioned its wrong they mentioned the late fee cannot be more than 2%, they said they will send me the correct bill but never did. The locker was far for me and I had physically go to ask for the correct bill, but by that time they forcefully kept my $40k worth stuff, stating they are allowed to settled their $800 bill (which was completely wrong bill) and stole all my stuff. Funny thing is there was no trace of my personal item left behind. I was constantly communicating through email and I got no email stating they are clearing my locker.

Amrit was very helpful, friendly and organized. He quickly showed me the locker. It was very clean and bright, and easy to access with the elevator. I wasn't rushed and he clearly answered all of my questions. Very satisfied with the customer service! Thank you!
