I purchased a 2020 Nissan Altima SV from saleman Orest Dolinsky. It was an absolute pleasure! Orest is extremely patient and very knowledgeable. I never felt pressured to make a decision. The buying process of my pre- owned vehicle took 2 weeks. Orest stayed in touch with me the entire time which made the buying process an enjoyable experience. I highly recommend you talk to Orest if you are considering purchasing a vehicle from Sherway Nissan. By the way the car is simply amazing. I'm very happy with my purchase.

Service department inflated both the labour time required to complete my repair job as well as the price of the part itself, but at least I got to pay them $160 to tell me the problem with my rogue was exactly what I told them it was.

Do not buy any vehicle under lease agreement from Nissan, Nissan finance is doing scam with this kind of dealers. They charge you so much amount for lease protection but at the end they will rip you off false statement. After my lease completion I went to the dealer and return my vehicle spotless and they gave me a letter saying all perfect. After the week when I call Nissan finance they said I have broken back light!!! That's why they're going to charge me. Which I paid on July later on they said it's actually balance of your last payment adjustment. Today at 19 October 2024 I found it later which I have added below. Now you decide you want to go with Nissan ever. I would never Nissan.

Thank you Sherway Nissan , where as your competitors across the street at the Subaru and Jaguar had their dcfc ev chargers blocked off. Yours was open and accessible. After a long trip, I appreciated being able to find a charger after the let down of the other two!

Brought my Murano in for a recall service. Well when I arrived back at Nissan to pick up my vehicle it was scratched all down my passenger side doors both front n rear as well as the back fender. I don't recommend this dealership whatsoever. *****UPDATE****** This dealership actually came through and fixed the scratches they caused. Repainted portion of back bumper as well as rear door and passenger door. Thank you Nissan for fixing it.

When our car was no longer usable and it was time to start looking for a new one, we came straight here specifically for Hamza. The moment we reached out to him, he instantly made us feel like we were in safe hands. This sense of trust, transparency, honesty, sincerity, and abundant care persisted throughout our interactions. He treated us and made us feel like family. He never made us feel pressured or uneasy, instead taking extra care to make sure our concerns and hesitations were fully addressed. Hamza exemplifies honesty and integrity, and I have yet to meet any other salesperson with his level of dedication.

Terrible Experience at Nissan Sherway
I had an extremely disappointing experience with Nissan Sherway, and I feel compelled to share it.
When I visited the dealership, the salesman assured me that the car was available in the color-combination I wanted. However, after making the payment, I received a call the next day informing me that the color was not available, and I had to choose something else and I had to come to the dealership in person. I reluctantly agreed and moved forward.
I also ordered additional accessories for the car and was told everything would be installed within two days. After I waited for 1.5 weeks, I sent my insurance documents on a Friday, so the plates could be pre-ordered from Service Ontario on Monday. Despite a minor error in the address on the insurance, the policy number was correct, which should have been enough for Service Ontario. When I checked in on Monday afternoon, the salesman only then started asking for additional documents, clearly indicating he had just started the process. I was assured I'd be able to pick up my car that evening, but it was a last-minute scramble to get the plates.
When I arrived to pick up the car, I was asked to sign the documents, and upon reviewing them, I noticed that the price wasn't the same we discussed. After pointing this out, I received an updated contract.
To make matters worse, when I got to the dealership, I found that two critical accessories, "Interior Accent Lighting" and the "Impact Sensor," had not been installed. The salesman, Sami, told me to download an app to activate the features, claiming he personally checked everything. After getting home and installing the app, I discovered that these features were not present. When I contacted Sami, he asked me to come to the dealership to sort it out. We agreed on a time (4-5 pm), but after battling through terrible traffic to get there, I arrived at 5 pm only to find that no one was there—no technicians, no managers, and no Sami. I was told that everyone had left at 4:30 pm.
Besides that prices for the accessories are much higher than on the official website and I still didn't get any reasonable response why, the sales man just ignoring my messages on that matter.
To top it all off, I had been promised that the car would be kept inside until delivery, but when I received it, the car had traces of rain and some small scratches. This is unacceptable, especially considering this was the PLATINUM version of the car with custom accessories.
Now, I have to return to the dealership yet again, wasting more time and potentially losing money from taking time off work, just to get what I already paid for. This entire experience has been frustrating and unprofessional, and I would strongly advise others to think twice before dealing with Nissan Sherway.

The service department here is absolutely terrible. I would have assigned 0 stars if I could.
Not only do they gouge the customer on parts ( pricing) required for your vehicle, but their labour time required for a job is way over-exaggerated.
And not only that, they returned my vehicle back to me in worst condition than when I brought it in for service... absolutely horrendous!
To The Owner:
Your weakest link is without a doubt your service department. Time for you to Clean house from the top on down.

Extremely poor , pathetic and ridiculous customer service from the service department. Me and my fiancé got in touch with a person named David one month back regarding the ac issue. After the diagnosis they said that the AC line is rusted and charged us 650$ to get it repaired. However 2 days later the AC stopped working again . We took the car back to Nissan to get it checked and they said that the part itself is spoilt and needs to be changed. They put a request for the part to Nissan Canada and said it would take 1 week for the part to arrive and that they will get back to us. It was 2 weeks and they never got back. I ended up calling to check and they informed that the part is not available with Nissan Canada and that they cannot do anything about it. We explained to them that the ac not working is a real problem to even survive given the extremely hot weather. They kept saying it could take 2 -3 months also but we have to wait . This is extremely pathetic customer service and poor communication from the entire service department. If a solution cannot be provided it is the companies responsibility to find out different ways on how the problem can be fixed be it following up or escalating to the manager which the service department have failed in doing so.

He explained the whole process in detail and patiently answered all the questions in the first visit . The whole experience at Nissan Sherway was excellent and satisfying !!!

I had the pleasure of buying my Nissan with Hamza Waheed! He answered all my questions and had great knowledge of other cars in class to compare with. The whole transaction was smooth, It took me about a week to make my decision and the best part was he didn’t chase me down. Other dealerships I visited were calling me throughout the week which annoyed me. Hamza was confident in his product and really answered everything I needed to know in the first visit which was quite impressive.

Had a great experience with Hamza! He was very knowledgeable and kind. I had initially gone to the High Park Nissan but didn't have a great experience. Going to the Sherway location was a great call and we received excellent service!
