As a long time customer of this pharmacy I have become increasingly concerned over the last year as to their performance. I receive a heart medication in pill form which needs to be cut in half for the proper dosage. For the last year I have brought the medication home and discovered the pills have not been cut. I have talked to the pharmacist about this a couple of times and he insisted he would add a note to my file to ensure it was cut. Today I opened the package before I left the store to check it and once again they were not cut. Just imagine the possible repercussions if someone, who doesn’t realize it, gets double the dose of a medication because the pharmacy doesn’t dispense it properly. At times the pharmacy staff seem frazzled. Not a comforting feeling for a customer. .

The pharmacy at this location is horribly run. I went in to get my flu shot today after booking an appointment online. Upon arrival, one of the pharmacists said I was not eligible and to come back next week. I explained that the website left no indication of this, that it was very misleading for those wanting a flu shot, and that it should be fixed immediately. She dismissed me and was extremely rude. She yelled across the store to another pharmacist to validate what she said in an attempt to “prove” she was right. I would have been content had she politely explained the situation however this was just plain rude.

Pharmacist is incredibly unhelpful. The minor ailment assessment consists of them asking two questions off the computer and if you don't reply "yes" then they can't help you or recommend anything at all. Why not just add those questions to the Shoppers website if that's the entire assessment so that I can just assess myself from home first?? Complete waste of time.

The pharmacy is understaffed. The in-store wait times are long. When I’ve called in to speak with a pharmacist, no one answers the phone. The manager needs to hire more staff in order to provide better customer service.

I just needed to wear bandes or put deodorant on my thighs because they were chaffing. “Sorry we don’t have public washroom” I barely got to shoppers to do something about it I couldn’t even apply something although my thighs were bleeding already that painful it was

Would give 0 stars if it was possible ...worst employees the girls are straight up racist. I was on my periods and these people didn't even had a washroom and others didn't even wanted to have a interaction and were just running around for no reason

Worst place to go the owner is cheap cause I never see and cashiers at the till, they only do self check there and when you ask all of the employees say use self check …. Very bad establishment the owner should be ashamed, give the people back their job or lower the price cause I’m doing your work with no discount. I wouldn’t mind the 30% employee discount in return for cashing myself out

This cashier really needs to learn some customer service… instead of giving me a proper explanation, she was rather shouting at me in front of other customers.. hey ma’am please know how to respond to ur customers’ questions and needs.. can’t I be a high school student if m 21… I didn’t like how she talked

If I could give a -10 I would. Since they so few cashiers I thought I might do the self checkout even though I am am against this in principle. I should have known. I was ready to pay but needed a bag . I pressed the help button. Then waited I pressed it again because no one had come. Several security people went by gone by . Staff went into a staff area but no one came by. After waiting what seemed like 10 minutes a clerk who was still on her break came and help me . So it is not faster. In fact no clerk ever came by. What I have learned here is they understaffed this branch. I will be very hesitate in ever setting foot in that Shoppers Drug Mart again.

Have been going here for years.Please stop having such aggressive, intimidating security staff. It isn’t nice to be profiled by security people when you’re in a very safe neighbourhood.It makes it unpleasant for customers to have a security guard literally stand 0.5 metres away from you.

Around four years ago, when I was still a student, I purchased a PS4 controller from this store during a sale week. However, the cashier did not apply the sale price (the sale one is only apply to the ugly blue colour, their system had an error that all the colours had same full price, but I did show the flyer to the cashier), and I only became aware of this after returning home. I went back to the store and want to return it. The product was still in its original packaging, undamaged, and unopened. Despite this, the manager only agreed to refund the difference due to their mistake, but refused to allow me to return the product. I showed them the Shoppers Drug Mart policy online which stated that all in-store products were eligible for a 30-day refund, but the manager still refused to honor it. While the cost of the product was only $40, the manager's rude and aggressive attitude towards me made me angry, so I ended up arguing with him for approximately two hours. Eventually, he agreed to give me a store credit, but I was frustrated with the whole experience and thought the manager was a jerk who wasted my time.

Racist! Soon as I walked in, I asked the cashier where to find an item. she tells me to look upstairs.. i get in the elevator & the security runs in with me like he came out of nowhere. then walks around where i’m looking. then i go in the elevator to go back down. he was about to come in & hesitated to press the button. i asked him why he’s following me. he of course denies it. i assume he’s trained to go after a certain clientele.

This pharmacy has always been extremely organized, helpful and personable. All the staff are so kind and attentive 10/10 would recommend!
