I would give zero stars if possible because I sat there for 1 hour and 20 minutes, and they let four customers who came after me go ahead. When I talked to one of their employees, they didn't care at all. Do not waste your time; they wouldn't care at all about the customer experience.

Always satisfied with service at this shop since 2012. Never felt overcharged or unnecessary work pushed in. Sarfraj and his brother are great people to deal with. I have been recommending friends and family and have not heard anything different from them either, so will continue sending people to Sir G Auto for sure.

Their service is way expensive than other places, they charge for parts double the price, worst service as the team never explain you the problem and you don’t feel asking question about your car.
I was refered by someone and now that person also stopped going there as he have the worst experiance.

Called them in a pinch as in from out of town late afternoon Saturday and was hoping at the very least that they could diagnose and ideally fix my car on Sunday. They immediately put my car on the lift diagnosed the issue and fixed it on the spot. I was in and out in just over an hour and was charged a very competitive rate. I was very impressed with how they operated!

I will never suggest this guy in life
I just went to change oil . My car was driven 67k kms and now its 70k and its again asking for oil change . This guy is just making money and not helping properly . Just telling people to sit in car and he just do work in 5 mins and dont even do it properly .
SERIOUSLY GUYS I AM JUST SUGGESTING GO TO SOMEONE ELSE TO CHANGE OIL AND DO CAR SERVICE BUT NOT TO HIM .
