Ridiculous. Boxing Day and all the staff working are just up at the cash register staring you dead in your face knowing your looking for help. You can’t even tell the staff apart from the customers. Literally everyone at the cash register and that was 6 individual employees. Took my service elsewhere. Not even teenagers working and still no good hospitality. Customer service is horrible. And I’ve worked retail over 10 years. Ridiculous

I was helped out by Mansoor Ahmed, I came in with my friend who was wheelchair bound and my aunt. He helped us by finding the right size and giving us exceptional customer service experience. Not to sound silly but I'm glad there are people like him on this planet to help humanity out. Thank you so much.

A big beautiful store to bad the staff sucks!!! Staff sitting on floor displays too busy talking to each other to help out other than the one girl who was helping me and 2 other customers while the other 2 ladies were to busy chatting!!! There were piles of napkins under display shoes and garbage on displays! The store was absolutely full of dust and I was told that all crocs are universal and that they did not have crocs just for women!!! The girl who cashed me out was just plain rude and had a major chip on her shoulders!!! This is a store that I will surely never return to again!!! I will continue making my purchases at Dufferin mall or now on bloom street only!!! What a shame soft moc that all your stores do not hold the same standards throughout

Located inside the Sherway Garden shopping mall, South Etobicoke. Little pricey. But you can find variety in shoes - men's, women's and children's.

Not sure about all the previous bad reviews but recently visiting and making exchange also wants in coming back as workers and trained management/supervisor were all 5 star rating with polite and also great customer care along with welcoming attitudes. Great selection of footwear also.

Fantastic at helpful you try on a shoe, but horrendous when you actually try to buy the shoes. Despite multiple cashiers, everyone is continuing to get tied up looking for shoes instead of ringing in customers who are ready to purchase.

No customer service. They don’t greet or offer help. The staff stand at the cash where you approach them for sizing, just an odd experience.

Please beware and do not shop at the Sherway Softmoc. They do not honor store policies.The manager + 2nd manager refused to exchange unworn birkenstocks bought less than 24 hours ago that were too small. The manager was condescendingly calling me "honey", raising her voice, claiming the shoes were worn and refused to show me a comparison of a brand new shoe to my "worn" shoes. She claimed she did not want to waste her time, whilst making a very uncomfortable and public scene involving multiple other customers.I told them I would try my luck at another Softmoc, absolutely shocked that they would not exchange my brand new, in the box with receipt shoes for a size up (I was not even after a refund).In a blatant and very personal display of retaliation, their team proceeded to send a Slack message to EVERY Softmoc in the GTA to "beware, do not return/exchange this particular clients shoes". I went to the nearby clearance Softmoc, where the 2 women there were extremely understanding, looked at the shoes themselves, agreed with me that they were unworn, called the Softmoc corporate office with me, and were able to get me a store credit so I might purchase my shoes at another store.A message to the manager and team that was there today throughout the very uncomfortable interaction: do better. Service such as this is unacceptable in this day and age, and I hope you transition to a less people-facing role in the future. Your actions will ultimately result in a loss of clients, and your surface level understanding of capitalism, claiming that you would have to "throw out" a brand new pair of $200 shoes if you accepted my return is extremely ignorant and damaging to the organization you work for and represent. Do better.

I was planning to buy a pair of Vans shoes before I even go to the store. So when I enter to the store, I picked up the shoe and tried to ask someone could help me to get my size. However, no one was there I can ask to. So I went all the way inside till the counter.Due to my English level, instead of ask them size 8, i asked "Hi, do you have number 8 for this?" There were two black girls(I didn't get the names) standing behind the counter, and laughing. I thought they might talking with each other, so I asked second time. They laughed even more, and one of them was saying oh so funny. I realized they were laughing at me. I asked them what was the funny? One of them said: "What did you say?" Yes, they were pretending they didn't get what I said, and thinner girl laughed again, and said oh my god, this is so ewww.I don't know what is the reason they should laugh at my poor English level, but I know since they are standing there, working there, they shouldn't have had that kinds of sarcastic, non respectful, discriminatory behaviour.After that, I was waiting for a while to get my size, but after a few minutes, still no one. So I left.Around 8p.m i went back to the store before I leave the mall because I wanted to get over with this problem. I didn't want to leave there with any bad feelings. There were a man( he said he is the manager) and another lady. Unlike those two girls they were much more polite and friendly. They told me they will contact me back second day, after they talk with those two girls. But today May. 6, I have been waiting for the whole day, didn't get any call or messages.Being in Canada, I felt this insult for the first time. No one deserves this much treatment, especially from a customer's perspective. Being ridiculed and ruthlessly despised by others for language errors, is totally unacceptable and shameful.

One of the girls working here is an expert. We’ve shopped here 4 times since November and she’s on shift every time, the experience is memorable. She knows her stuff and provides great customer service. And we always find what we’re looking for at a reasonable price.
