I absolutely love the service I got. Parthik was very helpful in finding the right chairs for our new table. We were in the store for over an hour trying different tables and chairs combinations that went with our floor. Parthik ended up assembling the winning combination and we had an absolute blast with our whole experience and getting to the staff better and their interior design expertise. We will definitely come back again. Here is the winning combination that we went with attached to this review.

Short version: I placed an order for a sofa set on June 02, 2024. It’s been 3 months and I have not received my order despite being told it would arrive earlier. I contacted them a bunch of times and every time they were unhelpful, lacked courtesy and service and offered no compensation. I do not recommend this store.
I went to the store and bought a sofa set for my living room on 02 June 2024. I put a down payment and they told me I would receive my order by end of July, a bit earlier or a bit later.
I waited until the first week of August to contact them as I had not received my order. At this point, I was still patient with them and understanding. They did not apologize and told me it would arrive by the end of August. I contacted them around mid-August to ask for an update. They said it might arrive by the end of August or mid September. I asked for them to provide me with a temporary sofa set as I was expecting visitors to stay with us and they refused. They said that I could buy a different sofa set, which of course I did not want! In short, horrible customer service and no accountability. I will be telling all my friends to avoid them.

I bought two chairs last sunday And two blanket pays Cash. ask for an exchange or return policy The sale woman said in 7 days I could return or exchange. But she dont informed me if I pay cash for a return they don't pay cash. They deposited by debit.. Smart . Lack of service. I couldn't return my one of my blankets. After delivery.i went to return one blanket guess what they couldn't find my account to process.the return.
I have to go back to the store in the near future. If they can help me in return.
Very careful with your cash. They take the cash. but NO return Cash. Very disapointment.
They don't have any policy in the store bfor Clint either..

I would like to give a shout out to Jen from the Etobicoke location. She went out of her way to help us with an issue we had that we didn't think could get solved. She really didn't need to help us, but she worked with head office to get the issue resolved. Great customer service!

I purchased dining table set and sofa bed from this location. This store has good collection of furniture and prices are also reasonable.
The salesperson (Parth) was very knowledgeable, customer friendly and not pushing to sell. Parth even highlighted sofa beds which might not suit as per our requirements.
Their return policy is also straight forward.
Highly recommend this outlet.

Horrible, horrible experience. Our couch was supposed to be delivered end of January at the latest, or at least that's what we were told when placing the order. When following up over the phone we were told 'it should be here any day" and we'll receive a call for delivery. That was two weeks ago. Got the same response when we went in store to follow up today. Spoke to some guy who said he was the manager but he was least interested in helping us or providing a solution. Would never order furniture from here, I don't understand waiting months for a couch, it's ridiculous. And I would be fine to wait too if service was better and delivery times were more accurate, but would give zero stars if I could just for how unhelpful and clueless everyone we've interacted with has been. And I can see from other review responses that these reviews are making no difference.

Extremely poor pick up experience, on Jan 3, 2024 at 6.20 pm. The two ladies (staff) said come from the back door for pickup. When we reached there the door was open so went inside. Both of them said stand outside on the road and I told her its cold outside with 2 degrees to which she made a blank face and we ended up standing outside in the cold. We are still Structube customer and even if we ordered something online does not mean that we should be treated like this. While the front store is cozy and welcoming, the pick up process definitely needs to change. Will not buy again from Structube.
