Ordered refurbished laptop with Win 11 Pro. Received laptop with Win 10 Pro. When we contacted the reseller he was rude, condescending and was told, well you can just upgrade it to Win 11 Pro yourself. Suggest you do business elsewhere. Reseller is a con. Will be returning the laptop.

Needed my 2015 iMac screen replaced after it fell off my desk and cracked. The technician here offered to replace it and said it would be ready after a couple of days. Way better than the Apple store at Yorkdale, they said to buy a new one since they didn't have the screen in stock and I couldn't believe what I was hearing. Come to Supertech if you want quality service from a technician that knows what he's doing.

When I came here I had no idea what was wrong with my old Dell because it was not turning on after my power went out one day. Mr Malick opened it up right in front of me and told me exactly what the issue was in a way I could understand. I had so many questions about computers and he was very patient with me in answering them so I felt reassured with letting him work on my computer.

Mr Malik really knows what he’s doing, my new Lenovo Yoga suddenly stopped working and wouldnt get past the Windows logo. When I contacted Lenovo themselves they said I would have to ship it to them and it would take upwards of a week, which I couldnt wait that long without a computer for. When I came to his store Malik quickly determined that my SSD was faulty and he replaced it for me on the same day. Really thankful for his help!

Needed a really long HDMI cable in a pinch and I never trust Dollarama brand stuff, they had everything I was looking for plus a bunch of other stuff that would have taken a week to get to my house even with Amazon prime
