I experienced an issue with the gift I bought from this store but the team, specially the manager Nour, was quick to help me resolve it, especially with the tight travel timeline I had. Great customer service!
I do recommend just reaching out to the store directly if there are any issues you are encountering because I lost 4 days with the online customer service under the impression that they could be the connection between me and the store and then I was told I would need to call the store myself after I followed up on my initial case creation.

I received a necklace as a gift and one of the crystals fell off. I went into the store to ask about a warranty replacement but I didn’t have the receipt. Thankfully, the manager Nuosha was incredibly kind and accommodating and made an exception for me. She was very patient, and even though the item wasn’t in stock, she offered to order it from another store :) really appreciate the great service would definitely shop more from here.

I have purchased a few pieces from the store and have only ever had a problem with crystals missing from my rings. Only when they aren’t square or rectangular have they fallen out. I asked Louisa for assistance and before hearing me out or pulling up my account to see when it was purchased she said it wouldn’t be possible to exchange or send for repair. I asked her to pull up my account to check the date and she seemed reluctant to even search for the product number. The store manager came over and was able to locate the product and replace the ring. I expressed to him my distaste for Louisa and her foul attitude as she called me a liar and walked across the store. Will not be shopping at Swarovski any longer. What a shame, the other locations have been fantastic. What horrible customer service as Sherway.

Very bad service I went to buy something around 845 and then they kicked us out and they say we are close we come by you anything it was very and respectful way and professional way please fix the customer service right there

I visited the Swarovski store this afternoon to buy a bracelet as a gift and was extremely disappointed with the service I received from the lady working there (I believe her name was Madeline). She was rude throughout the entire sales process, even though I was quick and straightforward.
I also had trouble creating my account with the store because she entered my name and email incorrectly. When I politely asked her to double-check, she reluctantly showed me the screen with clear irritation. It was very uncomfortable, and I almost decided not to complete my purchase.
I only went through with it because I trust the Swarovski brand, but I left feeling very unsatisfied. I truly hope the store improves its customer service, as this experience was unpleasant enough that I wouldn’t want to return to this location.

Completely clueless company. Third time this store let me down. It's too bad my partner likes the products as I have had to deal with this company. Have spent many thousands there. The person was unable to be helpful and let a very large sale walk away. Sorry for asking for their most expensive ring. I don't mind it not being in stock but at least order it for me. She was unable to do that. Any other store would easily do that and take my business. My mistake and I will take my business elsewhere from now on unless there ordering issue is rectified.
If the manager reads this, which they should, they should respond if they ever want my business again. And to all the others here with negative reviews.
Otherwise, no more purchases from me, a former lifelong customer. What's the point in having the store if you force me to buy a $6500 and &1800 ring online.
All the other jewellery stores in Sherway would happily fulfill my request.

Fabulous customer service, update: I returned this morning to collect my tennis bracelet which had been in repair for a lost crystal, again the customer service was exemplary and top notch!

Bought a ring about 6 months ago and it is already losing color, and the stain peeled off in some areas. Wouldnt recommend buying these, put your money into more sustainable rings

Growing up receiving and gifting swarovski figurines, I’m shocked by this specific location’s staff and environment. I’ve visited 2 separate occasions to test the theory and the staff are shockingly picky about who they acknowledge and service. I was ignored, I made eye contact but no greeting, touched a few items and opened drawers and still nothing. Another person in a particular style walks in and they’re greeted and followed through with interaction.
I can always approach a staff when I know what I’m looking for but with their negative demeanour, they truly make a person not want to fulfill a purchase or want to interact with them at all.

Last weekend was the first time I came to this location. Swarovski never fail me. I was finding a gift for my girlfriend and Nuosha was very helpful and not pushy. She gave me three options with different price range and also told me about the features of each product. I love how she didnt approach me at the beginning cause it may make the customers feel overwhelmed. Overall, I do recommend this Swarovski location. I’ll be back for more gifts

I lost the gift receipt for the items I wanted to exchange, but the staff were really understanding and helpful. The manager made an exception and allowed me to exchange without a receipt, which I truly appreciate! I ended up finding something I really like, thanks for the great customer service!
