Disappointed with company rools and warehouse guy
The only thing you get is attitude and 0 respect
I'm a contractor and i spent thousands of dollars a year and there is no respect ore aprisciation at all
I gues i have to start giving my money to the companies that aprisciate your business and treat you with respect
After today i dont think i will go back to give them my money

Rude, talks to customer lady while siting, not offering to sit down. Short answers, do not bother me, I take care only of rich customers, your product at the home depot. Humiliating.

Amazing products and customer service. Maria was FABULOUS, went the extra mile to troubleshoot, find an old invoice and help me with a warranty claim on my faucet. After this experience, I will NEVER shop anywhere else.

I stopped in to source a part for my shower panel purchased a while back. Maria went above and beyond trying to help me find the right part. She was dealing with 5 different things and still managed to provide me with exceptional service. Her work ethic seems incredible and Tubs should be grateful to have a person like her representing their business.

First off, Maria at the front desk is amazing. She is extremely helpful. knows her stuff. I had called a few times with questions and she was quick to recognize me, provided me with answers quickly or, if she didn’t have at hand, was quick to get back to me. we worked with both mia and john and they were quite helpful with items that we were looking for.we bought a tub, a couple of towel racks and toilet roll holders.

We’re having our main floor totally renovated and purchased all our taps, tubs & toilets from here. We were fortunate to have Mia assist with all our needs. The store is huge, but Mia asked us as many questions as we asked her ( exactly what you want ) to zero-in exactly what we wanted. If you’re going here, ask for Mia. You won’t be disappointed.
