I have bought many things from the store in the past. Sales reps are knowledgeable. Unfortunately I had a customer who had purchased a shower valve themselves from here. And the cartridge required replacement. I brought the original receipt from that customer and went to the store… the store “manager” quickly told me in person, that they do not have cartridges, and I have to get it elsewhere (from the manufacturer/distributor). They did so in a very dismissive manner. I also suspect it has the to do with my blue collar look…my outfit-I’m wearing work clothes. I would have paid whatever they want , and passed that cost off to the customer.Later that same day, the homeowner herself went in, and they instantly handed her a cartridge, without her even showing the receipt. They gave her an incorrect cartridge too-total incompetence!I essentially lost my reputation with that client as she doesn’t believe that I even tried to get the cartridge from them. I actually see her point! I’ve since dissuaded folks from buying here. Fortunately, there is a lot of competition.

As a designer who has used TUBS in the past, I have to reserve my praise of their customer service. That said, Maria, one of the staff at the Etobicoke showroom, truly went above and beyond to make sure I got a missing part that was desperately needed to complete a bathroom reno. I had to wait 2.5 weeks with no explanation. It took making a few calls to get satisfaction.

Andre and the staff were kind, knowledgeable and patient as we navigated buying fixtures for our complete house renovation. This is our second time buying from tubs and we will continue to return.

You can find items here that are decently priced but be wary of getting pushed into their mix-and-match shower package deals. Those items are evidently hand-packed in a central warehouse and not always double-checked before being shipped to the store for pickup.In my case, the incorrect valve was sent for a shower system, which my contractor picked up and installed, and then tiled in. 2 weeks later I was told the final parts were available for pickup and only then discovered Tubs had accidentally sent the wrong valve system with my order. I was told I would now have to pay nearly $800 extra to get the compatible trim kit. To add insult to injury, it took an additional 2 weeks for this unexpected “upgrade” to arrive in store.I’m furious after buying a full bathroom suite to have this sudden additional cost dropped on me due to the warehouse’s mistake. My sales associate tried to blame my contractor and said we had to share the cost or they’d make no money on the deal.I was forced to either pay the cost of their mistake, pay to have my contractor tear out finished work to swap the valves, or just never get the right parts to finish the bathroom. I ended up paying for the company’s mistake. It felt awful, it’s now 2 weeks later, and I’m still fuming.There doesn’t appear to be any management or accountability at the store, and the sales staff seem to recognize this fact and use it to their advantage.I’m planning to call the store to seek some kind of resolution to this now that I have the final parts in hand. I’ll update the review to reflect the outcome.

Bought my master bathroom and main bathroom fixtures on Sep. 3/22 at Tubs. After the completion of my purchase I went to the reception to pay my bills which was close to $7.6k. The sales rep I dealt with was Andre and Chantel was at the reception. I was told that the delivery was going to be no charge by Andre. The receptionist implied she would have to charge the fee, but Andre assured me and Chantel that the delivery fee would be waived. Fast forward Sep. 14/22 after myself picking up all but one item prior, the standalone tub was left to be delivered. Chantel called me and said that they would have to charge me $50 for the delivery of the tub. Maybe you should not lie to your clients and be straight up with them and not sweet sugar coat everything just so you can close a sale.Very unprofessional.

Recently did a bathroom renovation and was asked by the customer to check out T2H for tubs, fixtures and other bathroom necessities. Needless to say I was absolutely astounded by the amazing quality of not only their products, but the staffs knowledge and ability to assist with customized pieces that MADE this project pop so much more.I would definitely recommend T2H to everyone looking for quality products and service.Thank you again for the exceptional help and I will see you soon!

I needed a part for my shower. I first spoke on the phone to John who was really helpful. He put me on to a specialist in Vida. Tarique was so kind. He wanted to make sure the part I was asking for was correct. It turned out he was right. I only needed a washer.A simple part. He was so honest. I am forever grateful. Please visit this showroom. Very friendly staff.
