I recently visited TD Bank for an appointment regarding a pre-approved line of credit, having completed the initial application process online. Despite arriving five minutes early, I was left to wait for over 22 minutes before any staff member acknowledged me. When they did, I was informed that the representative I was scheduled to meet would be leaving in five minutes and would not be able to assist me.Another employee attempted to help, but they were unable to access my account details, which were part of my online application. This disconnect between the online and in-branch services not only resulted in a complete waste of time but also demonstrated a lack of coordination within the bank’s customer service processes.Following this in-branch experience, I called the customer service hotline only to encounter high interest rates and advisors who were unable to satisfactorily explain how the interest was compounded. The lack of clear information and assistance has led me to cancel my application.As a result of these experiences, I have decided to move my account elsewhere. It’s unfortunate, as one would expect seamless service and better integration between online and physical banking services from a reputable financial institution like TD Bank.

The TD bank machine at Kipling and The Queensway, ate my son's $200 deposit and the bank won't give it back!! We called the inquiry line immediately only to file a dispute over money I had in my hands 30 seconds earlier!! I also went in to speak to the bank manager whose name begins with N and he assured me that 'they will put the money back'. My son and I called twice, escalated the dispute, and waited. It's been over two weeks and nothing. They've kept the $200, saying it wasn't found. No act of good faith, terrible customer service, gaslighting and teaching young people that banks can't be trusted. All this, AND THEY LET THE HOMELESS LIVE IN THE BANK VESTIBULE!!!! Thank you TD Bank and TD Bank employees for stealing from us, your lack of transparency, and bold faced lies that it will all work out. $200 might be nothing to TD Bank, but for us it's a lot of money :(

Location has hobo Jim living inside. Came late at night to the ATM multiple times to him smoking and taking a p*ss in the corner in the building. High as a kite playing the ATM buttons like it's his piano.Been there for weeks and I'm sure the location is well aware but the GM doesn't care. I'll be at your closing ?

Extremely disappointed when TD bank was known back then as the only bank to open 7 days a week, now they don't even open their doors on Sunday to access the ATM machine? Even worst this location doesn't even have a drive thru... accessing ATM machines should be considered as a necessity when it comes to money.

ATM ACCESS DEFINITELY NOT 24/7. There’s days they will randomly lock the doors after hours and you wouldnt know until you waste your time going there.

Im not gonna give 5 stars as Ive only been here a couple times. But so far, my experiences have been great. The staff are very welcoming and friendly. I have had quick and productive meetings about my investments and easily got what i wanted to do done.
