The worst branch I ever visited in my life, the staff and the manager were helpless, they forced me to come third time, but still didn’t solve my problem. Shouldn’t be customer especially this branch.

I recently applied for a car loan with Sharlene Beggs. During the application process, Ms. Beggs mentioned that my loan would likely be declined due to a high debt-to-income ratio from having two mortgages. I explained that the mortgages are held jointly with my partner and requested that she clarify this in the application. Despite this, Ms. Beggs's lack of knowledge and training led to my loan being declined. I subsequently applied with Scotia and was approved. Additionally, it was extremely difficult to get in touch with Ms. Beggs throughout the process, which left me quite frustrated with the experience.

Long lines, inadequate service. Waited 30 minutes in line only to be told they could not deposit my cheque, by teller and manager. What’s the point of having multiple branches if I have to go back to my home branch?

The teller and manager refused to deposit a cheque and release funds to me today for the first time in my 25 year banking history at TD! And while sure, I could use an ATM, or digital deposit online, have my reasons for banking at the counter. So basically, a fancy calculator or a camera phone can do what several bank employees could not. Pathetic.

If I was able to give them a 0 for customer service I would have as a rating of 1 is too generous for the service that was given today. I didn't get a name, but the lady who assisted me was sitting at the counter for elderly. She was unfortunately hired for service? Lord help us! Her service was so disappointing to say the least! I was called back to return to the bank after receiving service earlier in the day. I initially brought my 82 year old mother to sign a bank draft reversal that didn't go through. We had to return because the document my mother signed was the wrong document paper. Instead of apologizing and giving us top notch service when we returned, she was asked to wait in the line again. My 82 year old mother. That lady who was brown and heavier set had absolutely no regard. Who does the hiring for service these days? And 30 years later as a customer? Why do we hire these types of people who clearly don't belong in this indistry? And the brown supervisor?So sad.

On Monday I had the pleasure of meeting Anna To. She is extremely helpful and knowledgeable, for two years i’ve been sending money through td and she was the first person to advise me that i had options on saving money one my transactions… She is a True professional and because of ppl like her i will continue to bank with TD.

I should read the reviews first omg now I’m terrified because I’m waiting my credit card back I don’t think they gonna call me back. I opened my new access still doesn’t work. Customer service was the worst ever this branch must shut down.

Always had a great experience at this location, but today I got yelled at by a teller when doing a transaction today. He name is Anmol Bajwa. She yelled at my mom and I and told us to go to CIBC for better service. Wanted to bring this to everyone's attention. The manager Jagdeep was very helpful by stepping in.Anmol Bajwa should be let go. Today (Aug 2, 2023) she came by my store in the mall and was taunting my customers. I will be escalating this issue and moving my business to another branch. Horrifying behavior.

An empoyee of TD, Anmol Bajwa, provided horrible customer service to my family. After we complained, she has post false reviews on our business page, is getting her friends to post fake reviews and is harassing us at our business. We have asked the assistant branch manager,Luca Mammoliti, to resolve this issue but he has failed to do so. We will be forced to take our business away from TD. This is horrible customer service and has not been addressed appropriately by management or the branch.
