Zero star is what this store deserves!!!!
We purchased a dress in this store at Sherway Gardens. It was one size bigger than I needed. We came back to see if a few days were to exchange it to one size smaller.
Even though they had a lot of them in stocks, they refused to exchange with no legal rights to refuse.
My husband asked for the manager, and she simply started yelling at him and said, "GET OUT!!!!!" After that, she grabbed our bag and threw it outside the store with my dress in it?.
My husband has it all recorded.
The dress we bought is OUR property, and no one is allowed to grab it and throw it outside!!!!!
As a representative of Ted Baker company, she simply showed how they treat their costumers.?

I visited the Sherway Gardens store recently I bought a purse as a gift and was told I could return it with in 14 days but when I went back to return the item I met representative who was not helpful at all and meanwhile I was trying to return the item she left in the middle of the conversation to help another customer who was making a purchase. She told me that she would not take the item back just because the tag is in the purse that I purchased and not attached which is strange because it was a gift which I bought for someone but ended up returning as I didn’t visit them, no one opened the purse to check the tag , which is insane. I had young kids with me it was such a horrible experience as a customer I felt so bad for my daughter who had to experience this in the store as the representative was rude and even went this far to tell me that my daughter opened the box to hand her over the purse so it has been opened which doesn’t make sense as she was the one who asked her to hand it over and that poor child was only trying to help, it was opened in front of her not behind her back. As a person of colour I could understand why she would try to do this but I would definitely take this matter seriously and report it further. Now this is not a mistake when someone is at the counter trying to return and you leave twice in the middle of the conversation to help another customer which is disgusting and disrespectful, she also pretended to be a store manager when asked to escalate it to a manager. Store representative needs proper training as they don’t care about customer’s concerns or show any empathy what so ever and think they can do what so ever as they are not accountable for anything.
I would never ever purchase anything from them ever in my life again after Being treated like this at the store really disappointed with the service they offer at this specific location.I would like to give them negative rating or 0 star rating if there was a option.
I was able to return stuff at other locations before and after this incident without any issues at all. Something is clearly wrong with the management at this location for sure.

I wanted to return the socks that I paid for in cash. The saleswoman said that I would NEVER get a cash refund, only a refund for a debit card or a store credit. I said that I only have a master card and no debit card and the lady replied that everyone has a debit card. Seriously ??? I left and didn't get my money back

I have a few Ted Baker shoes, very nice shoes, and not cheap. the shoe design is flawed the bottom, sole in 2 pieces water gets in the first time you wear them. I have to add electrical tape at the bottom of the shoes just to keep the water out. I Sent a mail to customer service. They just say buy a different shoe. they refuse to admit there’s design flaw in the shoes or this could be done on purpose so you can keep buying more shoes.

AMAZING. Georgina and her team are fabulous. They do not upsell you- but actually care about how you look and feel. Perfect store and items. 10/10 would recommend. Also, yes, Ted Baker has a higher price point- but it’s worth it for the attention to detail and their incredible sales. Will be back.

I was in the store yesterday and the loveliest woman helped me with a pair of shoes. She was so kind, honest and helpful. I wish I knew her name. She liked my name because she has a niece with the same.

Customer service was excellent!! I was helped by Lacey and once I was ready to purchase, she called a bunch of other stores to ensure I received a newly packaged bag since the one on display had a few scuff marks on it. Made my experience so pleasant I’d definitely go to that location again for my next purchase!

Great staff, very clean location. There is a lot of variation, especially between seasons. I usually like the clothing styles Ted Baker comes out with in general.
