I had a fantastic experience working with Varun today to upgrade my iPhone to an iPhone 16 pro max. He was attentive, listened carefully to everything that was important to me, and quickly found the best options to meet my needs. Varun made the upgrade process smooth and efficient, and even went above and beyond by helping me with some travel eSIM questions. His attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile reinforced why I’ve been an Telus customer for so many years. Excellent service!

I got a service from Piranes and he was so wonderful. Even though it took quite long to deal with mine, he kept checking if there’s anything else I need. Also, he was so nice to my kid as well. No one will be disappointed!

Great service from the storefront staff as always. Unfortunately, we were forced to wait an hour to be helped due to lack of staff on-hand while they assisted other customers. If corporate wants to retain more business in the future, please consider hiring more staff regardless of being unwilling to pay the current minimum wage. This also goes for you, Cadillac Fairview.

Horrible experience yesterday and extremely RUDE staff member! At approximately 2pm yesterday (September 1st, 2024), I was visiting the Telus location at Sherway.
My phone was stolen at the CNE on August 31st. I had to purchase a new cell phone from Apple (my phone was purchased outright) I was not happy I had to make this purchase given the circumstances. Apple advised me to go to Telus to have my new SIM activated. I went to the store and it was understaffed from the beginning. Waiting for a long time to be served (myself and 2 other groups of clients were in the store).
I was only greeted by someone once the younger girl had shown up for her shift by the other staff member (who did not acknowledge my existence in the store). I was told by the gentleman "sir go with her please."
I sat down at work station where I explained to the young woman the situation. She then told me that we could only activate through the Telus app or over the phone with the primary account holder. Since we are on a family plan, the primary account holder was not present (even though I had on my person multiple pieces of identification available), she said that the primary would still need to make the authorization for authentication of the new SIM. I knew that the primary was in another location due to the long-weekend and would have horrible service on top of not being the most savy with technology... I said to the young lady "Ok, so let's make the phone call then."
Her RUDE response was " I dont want to DEAL with this," and walked away from the desk! I was in complete shock.
The other gentlemen apologized to me and proceeded to help. Since he was unable to make an internal call to Telus to get the SIM activated, the primary for our account had to wait on the phone for 50 minutes while I also had to wait on the phone to help guide them.
Since the store was understaffed, the other gentleman was tending to other clients. The young woman came back to the work station and told me
"Get out of my seat because I have to help someone else here."
I said nothing to her and told the gentleman that this is a lack of professionalism and is extremely rude. We are clients of Telus and do not deserve to be treated like a dog. I was shocked and I'm considering writing a formal complain to Telus if I do not hear from the manager in charge of this location.

I dropped in at this location to arrange for a new phone and review my plan. I worked with Sehar and she provided awesome service. She was professional, informative, responsive and patient! She worked hard to get me the best possible plan and made sure all my needs were met. She really went above and beyond..thank you Sehar!

TELUS shareway gardens inside mall has workers with slow and worst customer service and always makes us wait long long hours to do service .. Manager is giving worrest service and employee ( especially a employee Sohiab) is have don’t care and irresponsible behaviour .. avoid these 2 guys ..
I am coming this store since 2 yrs but not seeing good service here
