Be careful - I returned my phone near end of my two year contract to the Telus store and the store representative called Customer service to make sure they note that the phone is returned and that he is holding the returned phone in his hand and he personally mailed the phone back to Telus and yet Telus charged me $240 for the returned phone like they never received it back ?!?!I called Telus customer service (Philippines) after getting my bill and they put me on hold for more than half an hour then said we are sorry we got the phone back!....I was like how come you charged me for something I already sent back to you?Don't you Telus have any controls in place to prevent such errors?Aren't you Telus a great Canadian public company with strong internal controls to identify errors and mistakes caused by your systems or employees ?but of course they have no answer of what the hell has happened......I dare and I challenge any responsible Telus executive to explain to me how this happened?....I am ready with my overcharged January 2024 bill to show them the error their smart systems has made!Currently waiting for the refund of $240 plus HST; lets see how this will play out - fingers' crossed.....

3 employees on Friday night. 1 was busy flirting with some girls he knew for an hour. The other was facetiming a family member trying to help them troubleshoot their phone. We had to wait almost an hour to get attended. Ashiv was the only helpful one

This is the best Telus store I’ve been to and the customer service here is unbeatable. A big thank you to Ashiv, who carefully helped me choose the best mobility plan for my phone and also patiently answered any questions I had regarding it. Will definitely visit this store in the future.

One of the best Store i have come across when it comes to setting up mobility account and also availability of the new phones.I should definitely mention about Ashiv who the best representative working at Sherway Gardens TELUS store. I wanted to setup a new account and buy a new phone and he was amazingly friendly and kind and helped with the installation at ease.He also recommended me a best phone plan which i had never heard about and was looking forever for such kind and i would definitely recommend him for anyone who wants to setup an account with TELUS.

I would like to start my review by giving a shout-out to Ashiv!! He deserves all the credit.I went to the TELUS store near my home and had a nice conversation with Ashiv about all the promotions for Boxing Day Sales.He knew every single detail of the phone to offer me (even the services too).I was so impressed by that and the following days I went with my girlfriend to another store (almost 25/30km) just to close the deal with him.We spoke with Ashiv who took his time explaining every product feature in great detail and helped me and my girlfriend get the best services with our plan (and I had so many good things and deals) in my account... I'm glad to get that excellent customer service with Ashiv!I really wanna ask TELUS to pay attention closely to this employee, He has knowledge, patience, efficient service, and with amount of product and overall comfort he provided me and my girlfriend. My personalized recommendation is an 11/10 score. I wish you (and all the team) a Merry Christmas!

If I could give a 100 stars I would. I visited this location yesterday to get a new phone plan during the Boxing Day sales, and from the minute I entered the store I was amazed by the excellent customer experience I was given. We spoke with Lamar first who took his time explaining every product feature in great detail, and helped me and my dad get the best services with our plan. Lamar was friendly, and knowledgeable about the products and services offered by Telus. He was able to assist us in a professional and courteous manner contributing to our positive customer experience.We also had the luxury to speak with Ashiv who really took his time informing us about pricing, plans, and any terms and conditions associated with our purchases. Explaining everything in great detail so that we avoid any hidden fees and surprises. He was so patient with us regardless of all the questions we bombarded with him haha.But honestly these two employees deserve a raise with the amount of product knowledge, patience, efficient service, personalized recommendation and overall comfort they provided me and my dad when it comes to switching over to Telus. 10/10 recommend.

My family and I went to the Telus store on October 3rd to upgrade our existing iPhones. All the employees at this location made our entire experience seamless! I would especially like to thank Abby D who supported us throughout the entire process, the whole 2 hours it took for us to set up the phone, including restoring our previous data! We're incredibly grateful she assisted us :)
