Tylor is such an excellent resource of knowledge and provides such amazing customer service. I went in to pick a queen mattress for a rental property and he was able to teach me on the types of mattresses and what to look for when I am buying my frame. Almost bought a mattress from another store. Decided to check The Brick. Ali was very helpful, knowledgeable, not pushy, sweet, professional and easy to deal with. We ended up with a Stearn and Foster mattress. Thank you Ali for making us feel welcomed, comfortable and appreciated.

Attention store manager!I bought a washing machine at etobicoke location. A Sales lady by the name of Karam was nice and very attentive to us. I reiterate to her that the machine must be BALANCED and installed . She said that I don't have to worry about it and the delivery man will do it. The delivery came on time . delivery man installed the water line and asked me to check if theres a water leak. Luckily, there's no leak. I asked him to have it balance for the machine to work properly. However, talking loudly, he said that my floor is not even and I have to do the balancing myself. I told him that my arrangements with Karam is to have it balance. He said he will not do the balancing.They left my house and said the machine is ready. What a terrible experienced. Very dissapointed with their services. To make the long story short, I will not recommend this store to anyboby who wants to buy a washing machine. Very Bad experience. I tried the machine and discovered that the water line is closed and that's the reason why there's no leak. They tricked me. Tried the machine and it is shaking heavily.. paid for services but did not get it. I should have told karam to indicate the balancing on the invoice.Now I need to fix the issue myself and I don't want to see those guys face in my house and definitely will not go back to this store again!Sorry is not enough to regain my trust to this store!

I purchased a Serta Copper Mist Eurotop Queen mattress from Miss Carmella during the holidays. I had just purchased a bedframe for a new home and had never bought or looked for mattresses previously so needless to say, I could be considered an "easy sales victim" due to my absolute naivity!I first went to Sleep Country nearby where I felt like the mouse inside of a snake pit!! I gingerly tested out a few options while being uncomfortable upsold on a mattress that felt "just like the one I said I liked, but better." When asking what made it different apart from the second mattress being triple the price, the salesman had difficulty differentiating between the two models.Visibly shaken, I left and just happened to drive past The BRICK enroute home.I am so incredibly happy that I went in!Miss Carmella was the absolute opposite of pushy, encouraging me to roll around and REALLLLY lie down for at least ten minutes before even thinking I MIGHT want to invest in that mattress as it was an investment!The mattress I liked ended up being the same one Miss Carmella would have recommended, AND the prices of that model was actually somehow swapped; so it turned out I could save an EXTRA $100! I can imagine that many salespersons might not have pointed this discount out so Im very grateful to Miss Carmella for her honesty and genuine kindness.I ended up purchasing a mattress cover on a great deal as well as a fancy cooling Bedgear pillow.How's the mattress and pillow you ask?Let's just say I had it delivered three days ago and was too comfy to be bothered to even write this review for three days!Had Miss Carmella not been as amazing and helpful as she was, I'm not sure I would have ever gotten out of my INSANELY COMFY new bed!(the mattress itself is a LITTLE BIT firmer than the floor model though I absolutely understand that this is normal for a new product and should it not fluff and soften as expected within the 3 months, I remain very reassured by their 90 day "best sleep policy" !)I am almost even sad that I cannot justify purchasing more mattresses from Miss Carmella for my single bedroom apartment as it was an experience I would love to repeat!

It's such a ridiculous store that I wouldn't recommend you to visit it. They victimize people with absurd methods. I had commented here before, they told me to send an email, I did, they called and nothing changed. But I won't let this go. I would like you to know that I will be reporting you directly to the Government complaints unit. It's such a ridiculous company that I don't ask for extra money and yet they refuse to take my untouched washing machine and dryer and replace it with a smaller one... The reason is the opening of the box, I didn't open the box, your delivery team opened the box!!!!! And I've been dealing with this problem for 2 months, I still haven't touched the machine in case I can solve it. You are officially a fraud and have malicious intentions! Customer satisfaction is zero! I tell this to everyone and share it everywhere.

It was a pleasure getting a mattress from this Brick location. Carmella looked after us, she is very helpful, nice, does not pressure in any way … a kind person. Highly recommend this location and working with Carmella, we are very happy with our purchase !

Worst customer service and policy, I got a TV on July 07, 2023 and I wanted to exchange it for a bigger size it’s not even a month that I got the tv for. They refused to exchange and I was going to pay extra for another TV, scammers they never tell people about their policy refunds and exchange and when you go to return something they will tell you “ohh that’s our policy”. Any other shop has a policy for 40 days a retail clothe store has a policy of 40 days and this is electronic only 7 days for return or exchange. And as well the lady over there we asked her like what should we do now with this tv, we won’t be using it and her simple answer was sell it on Kijiji

Carmella was of great help in purchasing our mattress. We visited a few other brands before visiting The Brick on Queensway, and always found the salesreps to be pushy and helicopter style hovering over us as we browsed. Carmella on the other hand was fantastic, gave us our space and allowed us to browse freely. Highly recommend

Took weeks for the mattress to arrive. Delivery was scheduled, they did not show up. Old bed was dissembled and put into bags per their requirement. Called the store, associate said she would call back, calls were dodged, no call back and the store closed. Now left with no bed to sleep on till maybe after the weekend. I would advise that should you order from them you DO NOT disassemble your bed until the new one arrives. Also do not deal with Carmella, she will tell you that she is calling the delivery people, then dodge your calls and leave for the weekend. Seriously just order an ENDY or something, save yourself the trouble.

Got a great mattress on sale for a good price. Staff was helpful and knowledgeable ( sorry, forgot salewomans name)Delivered on day promised but an hour late. Delivery guys setup frame and bed in a timely manner, but could have used a shower ( in their defense it was the end of a long day).
