Very bad experience with returning custo services representative becuase we needed help to buy water tank. when we didn't find anyone working in that aisle, went to returning desk so she could page that guy who si working in that aisle but she denied to page him. 12 :02 pm Dec. 28, 2024

I waited for several minutes outside the building in the cold weather to return the item I had rented, and none of the staff paid attention to the doorbell even though it was 7 p.m.

I bought two cans of paint (two different colours: white and yellow). The employee switched the labels on the cans. I didn't realize the mistake until I ran out of the white paint. I took a picture of the label on the can of white paint, went to the store, got the label scanned and had it done by a different employee. I came home with a gallon of yellow paint. I came back to see if they could try to re-mix the yellow and get it as close to the white one, but to no avail. I tried to get a refund, but they refused, even though it was their fault. Waste of $55 for a can of paint I'll never be able to use.

I DM'd the Home Depot fb page and a representative named Elena reached out to me. I explained the situation, and she issued a gift card equivalent to the value of the wrong paint given to me. She was very helpful and professional. The issue was resolved quickly, and the interaction was pleasant. For this, I take back my one-star review. Thanks Elena!

The lady at the self serve kiosk needs training on dealing with customers. Agree they are paid minimum wages but showing some respect to people who help pay for your income is basic

They lack staffs and most of them are just too slow .. especially the one that attended to me when I needed a drill … took him forever to attend to me
