We highly recommend this store. We were very anxious about sending our fragile antique glass chandelier to Prince Edward Island. Thanks to Tammy’s careful expert packing in the 2 boxes, it arrived in perfect condition. Tammy was so helpful & reassuring and we are grateful that our precious family heirloom will continue to be passed on in our family.

I called in advance for passport photos as this place was recommended to me for great service in a local community group. On the phone they told me they can do them. We arrived about 5 minutes later and they could not turn the light on for the background photo. Some lady came out said that more than likely the battery for the remote is dead and she did not have another battery to replace it with so they can't take the photos. I mentioned that we called in advance before we drove down to them. And her response was: "well batteries die" followed by a bunch of other words/excuses, basically making it seem like I should be more understanding of the situation. She then told me to go next door to Staples where I had to pay an additional $5 for my passport photos as they were more expensive.

Never ship a package w UPS! This is the second time now a driver has left a notice without knocking (or the dog would have told me so) its so infuriating. Also because the dog didn't get to sit in the front yard all day where she likes to be. Now she'll be inside again tomorrow as I continue to wait - thanks UPS

Went in to have something faxed which took awhile for the number was busy. Which I am thankful for cause the customer service was excellent (Georgette) . Keep up the good work.

Wow this store is the Swiss Army knife they do it all! I needed a Notary for dads will. Yep they do it!
All the staff are super busy with packages but they recognize every customer. Best customer service. I highly recommend them.

I can’t say enough this is the best place to go to for any of your printing or photo needs. Tammy is such an accommodating, down-to-earth person and pleasure to work with. I had a rush order for her, and she was able to ease my mind with her professionalism, attention to detail and willingness to turn around the job quickly. There were lots of edits that needed to be made to make my order just right, and she did it flawlessly. Everything was packaged up perfectly ready for pick up in under 24 hours. Thank you again Tammy & team!

Save your time and go next door to Staples. Not the first time they have messed up a simple print job. Anyone who has worked more than a day in an administrative role should understand the basic functions of MS Word.
