I hate giving bad reviews. But it has been a few times myself and family members have used this UPS location and had a bad experience. The staff are often telling off customers. Very slow. The responses to other low star reviews show how unprofessional they are.

This is my neighborhood UPS Store and I have always enjoyed going there to collect my packages or send couriers. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. They have even started recognizing me now and are able to retrieve my packages very quickly. The service is exceptional and they treat everyone with kindness and respect.
Thank you for your amazing service. You are doing a phenomenal job Mr. Dipan and Family!

How miserable you actually have to be to get mad at a toddler for smiling at you for taking his picture. As soon as he sees the camera he thinks he should pose and smile. He is just a toddler and doesn’t understand rules like that. First you try and get mad and leave him in a chair to wait as if toddler will be patient like that. And then I ask to come back and take a picture of him instead dealing with customers that came after. You take your time and then come back but yet being mad that his mouth is not fully closed! Yes it isn’t but sooner or later he has to swallow and his mouth will close. So instead of arguing with a toddler and making it bad just be patient and wait for the moment and snap a picture. Or don’t do kids passport photos at all if you hate working with one.We left the store and went straight to Shoppers where the lady took a beautiful photo. I wish I went straight there instead being treated like this.Hope you find love and peace in this life. Bless you
