Very unprofessional experience at this UPS location. I was told to email a document for printing, which I did three times, and waited about 30 minutes. Instead of helping or offering another option, the employee said I was doing everything wrong and insulted me, calling me stupid.
I immediately went to another UPS location, where the same document was printed in 2 minutes with no issues. Complete waste of time and unacceptable customer service. Do not recommend.

Like McDonald’s ice cream machine never working, same thing with their cameras for passport photos. Always an issue, writing the dates wrong, camera dying, no mem like it’s actually crazy

They charged $2.50 to email them that which you need to print! Just for the email. Insane.
And, the man I assumed to be the manager, seriously needs to work on his people skills.

I really like this UPS Store!
The staff are always efficient, friendly, and helpful. I’ve never had a problem here — they make every visit quick and easy, and there’s never a long line. Everyone is super nice and goes out of their way to provide great service. Highly recommend!

Beware. Unreliable and unprofessional store, owner and staff. Totally don’t take responsibility. Don’t use this location for your package deliveries. This has happened 3 times at this store already. Thought I’d give them another chance, but no more. Therefore, iI had to write a review and send a warning. Paid premium Express price to get package shipped for Next Day by 12pm. Turns out the package was lost in the store and not even placed in the delivery pile. The person working guaranteed package delivery when I inquired and asked if I should just Uber the package to my client. Very unorganized. Lost 2 clients because of their negligence already. Will not be using this location ever again. Extremely disappointed.

I wish I had read the reviews before dropping off my Amazon returns at this location. I dropped off 2 Amazon returns on Saturday, Sept 13. After a week only one of them has been delivered. The other one is showing as never dropped off. The lady at the counter was very nice and told me that it should have been delivered by now. She also told me that scanning the pckage at the store does not change it's status to dropped off. Only scanning by the driver does, and the driver apparently failed to scan the package.They do not provide drop-off receipts, so I have no way of prooving that the return has been dropped off. The package might have been lost or stolen and they take no responsibility because they do not provide receipts. I will never use this UPS location again for anything. In fact, I will never use UPS services again. I filed a complaint with UPS. I hope that this will help find the package.

Never have a problem here! Always in and out quickly. Staff are friendly and efficient. There hasn't been a line up any of the times I've stopped in.

This is the worst business I’ve ever been to. Either the printer is not working, or the laminate machine, or they can’t find my package. It’s always something. And the girl at the front is clueless. You also never know when they are open as they don’t follow the hours online and don’t answer the phone. I've lived in the area for years and I dread having to come here. Place needs a new owner. Gives UPS a very bad reputation.

He is really helpful and has intrigued knowledgeable about everything.
