The employee is as uninterested as you can imagine, I just wanted to pick up my package and he did not help, he does not even take you seriously and does not even talk to you even though I did not show any disrespect and he is very slow.

Really disappointed with my experience here. I went to take passport photos for myself and my family and asked if I should get printed or digital copies. He said it doesn’t matter since I could apply online, but that’s not true. For a new passport, you need printed photos,only renewals can be done online.
He only sent me the digital files, and I ended up having to pay again just to print the same photos. He wouldn’t take any responsibility, and the photo quality wasn’t great either.
Definitely not recommended.

I went to return my package today at 3.30pm Sunday 12 October , the short guy with curling dark hair was entertaining a customer with fully respect
He treated the other customer politely and respectfully, even thanking him and offering excellent service. However, his behavior toward me was completely different. He was rude and never once said “thank you.” It was clear that he was discriminating against me. I responded calmly by saying, “Thank you very much for being nice and kind to me,” but he remained rude despite my politeness.

I had a fantastic experience thanks to Raja at UPS! He was incredibly helpful, patient, and professional going above and beyond to make sure everything was handled smoothly and efficiently. You can tell he genuinely cares about the customer experience. It’s rare to come across that kind of service these days. Thank you, Raja, for making my visit so seamless! I’m putting my photo out here just to show you the kind of quality you’ll get.
I went in, and the guy doing the photos seemed a bit off, dazed eyes, and all he said in response to anything was “hannn.”
He took the photos, and when I asked to see them, he said, “You’ll see it on the computer.” He pulled them up and was about to print. I asked if he could brighten them a bit, he said the printer brighten automatically and the software adjusts everything to the required standards. I nodded.
He printed and cut them nicely, so I thanked him. But when I looked at the final result, I asked again if he could make them brighter. He replied, “You told me to make them darker.” 😳🙄😂
Bro… I said brighter.
Then he hit me with, “Don’t start the blame game.” I asked if he could just reprint it, he said I’d have to pay again. So, I just left.
