Owner/operator showed up 10 minutes late to open the store. I was first in line and he started helping the customer behind me. I really dont appreciate the lack of concern and my time being wasted.

We are severely disappointed in the lack of customer service from this location. We called to see if they would hold a package for us, and were told that it would be possible for a very reasonable $10/day fee. Based on this, we pre-ordered supplies to care for our pets after a long flight from the West Coast.
However, the delivery was refused, despite the earlier assurances, leaving us in a very difficult position. Had they told us from the beginning that deliveries had to be pre-approved by the owner, we would've taken the necessary steps to obtain approval or make other arrangements.
