I would like to compliment Erik for his excellent service. I had tried to take my document photo in other stores without success, but he was very patient and gave me helpful tips to avoid shadows and too much brightness. Thanks to his help, I finally got the right photo.

We had our 1-year-old’s passport photo taken here this evening because the adjacent Walmart does not take photos for babies apparently and we had excellent service. They are quite busy but the lone staff member working ensured we had what we needed. Taking a baby’s photo to meet passport criteria is a challenge - there were nervous tears, teeth showing…but he was patient in getting the job done. Great job, highly recommended!

Customer service at this store is terrible. It’s not the first time I come to drop off returns for shipping and I always have the worst experience. Today was the tipping point. The girl behind the counter was rude and condescending. Her job should be ti make it easy for people to ship things.

I want to say a sincere thank you to Eric, who was the only employee working here the afternoon of August 29. I was shipping incredibly sentimental items to the US and he took the time to wrap them carefully and explain the paperwork process. Despite the afternoon crowds, he was careful and didn't rush the packing process.
