After having trouble with UPS online pickup due to their misinformation, I came to this branch for help.Was assisted by Sohaib in store and Hassan on the phone. Even during busy or stressful times, Sohaib maintained professionalism & customer care. I was there for a couple hours and he assisted me with respect the whole time. Hassan was very helpful to me on the phone. Also the driver's Paul and his partner were amazing. Thank you all 🙏🏻
2024: Went to this location for the first time and was served by Nelson. He was a very friendly, happy, lively and professional employee. Thank you for making my day with your loveliness, keep it up 👍

Not surprised to see so many 5-star reviews for this store. If I could give them 10 over 5, I would.
Also, this review is just for this store #580 not to be confused with UPS itself. I had actually vowed never to deal with UPS again but it's a good thing I understand there is a difference between UPS as a huge brand and the UPS Store #580, and thankfully so, because this store is a gem.
Where on this planet do you call any business place and a customer rep/attendant picks up on the first or second ring right at opening. Usually you have to give them half and hour to warm up after their opening time. It means she got there way before the opening time and was ready to work. I didn't get her name, but yes, Sohaib is amazing and so was everyone else I dealt with at this store who have been nothing but efficient, helpful, very friendly, attentive to detail and they answer the phone and emails, y'all. How great is that.
From the jump I felt like a valued customer. I think they are outstanding. All of them. Very helpful and patient. Very eager to offer you excellent service. You kinda feel like you are getting special treatment.
I am very happy that the UPS store closer to where I live did not answer their phone after calling them three times and letting the phone ring out or else how would I have discovered this gem of a business. I think I dealt with three different employees who work there and they were all great. Great service is great value in my books.
Did I already say there is a reason everyone is giving them five stars. Well, let me say it again. There is a reason. Whatever issues you have/had with UPS itself is on UPS which I consider to be separate from this store.

This UPS location is convenient for me, but the best part is having Sohaib serve me. He is very attentive and knowledgeable. We went above and beyond to assist my sister and I with letterhead, business cards and most importantly, creating banners.
Sohaib, is very respectful, he knows your name as you enter the store.
I would highly recommend this location for the personalized attention he gives everyone.
