Horrible service at this location, The owner / Manager do not comply to UPS / Canada Federal standards regarding ID copy retention
Laws , I have never in my life experienced such bad customer service in my life period full stop . RCMP have been notified regarding this locations illegally activities.
@ this location the owner refused to hand over the package after 2 id’s where provided they wanted to photo copy the id’s and retain them for what ever reason.
After I asked for my id not to be copied the owner / manager refused to hand over my package.
This is copy of ID / retention is an illegal activity and the owner is very dishonest in the series of events that unfoled .

They charge $40 for two passport photos compared to $25 at staples or any other UPS location. That’s a whopping 60% premium.

Avoid this location, very unprofessional service. I had asked to use the tape to secure the package opening instead I was told to buy their overpriced tape to put a single piece of tape on my box. Such a rip off. Avoid this store.
