Trailer Hitches at U-Haul provides a very good and quick service experience. The installation is fast, painless, and done right, often matching the projected time. The staff is super kind, friendly, and provides excellent customer service and communication. The main area for improvement is external signage and customer parking, which can be confusing. The hitch install is also noted as the best price available. A minor issue is that warranty or receipt emails are sometimes delayed, requiring an in-person visit. Otherwise, the experience is absolutely amazing with no complaints.

staff admitted the previous appointment was 1 hour late pushing my appointment back.
