Never knew that Value Village had more than just used clothes. A friend recommended I check it out because I was looking for cheap wall paintings. Turns out to be great. I got a few paintings for less than $100. Great find and great staff!

There’s no “value” in this village. Pic #2 is just $1 less than it sells for in Dollarama. Pic #3 is the cheapest pillow I could find. Ridiculous

Amazing finds, and deals! Some items I found include an amazing winter jacket for $10 and a pricless antique map from Barbados. I'm never disappointed.

Great place to donate your gently used clothes & small appliances. Diabetes Canada also benifits from the sale of donations going towards important research in the fight to end diabetes.

Value Village is a “for-profit” business masquerading as a charity. All those clothing donation bins that you put your old clothes in, thinking that you’re helping out a charity are actually just them taking your old clothes for free and selling them for a profit and giving a minuscule if not zero amount to any charity except their greedy pockets. They have the audacity to charge money for t-shirts that are given away for free at charitable fun-runs and marathons and yet they don’t contribute a penny to any of them. I think they need to be investigated by the BBB and the CRA.

I go in once in a while to pick up some shirts, sweaters, ties for my Dad who lives in an assisted living residence (old folks home). Reasonable and stylish.Staff are helpful, and professional

I like this store, the staff are friendly and I have had some pretty good luck finding things i love. However, value village in general is now owned by Savers corporation and is not a not-for-profit. The prices have gone up a LOT and I am appalled that every time i go in i see some dirty kauai brand slippers (from dollarama $3-4 brand new) priced at $5-8!!! The same thing with yarn from dollarama!! These are just a couple examples but ive been noticing more and more unreasonable prices lately. I will make an effort to shop more at not-for-profit thrift stores as they tend to be a bit cheaper and actually support the community.

Definitely one of the better locations around. The donation center is connected to the store and is easy to find as you approach the main doors of this value village. Items are generally in great condition and very reasonably priced.

My husband purchased a dvd player at the value village yesterday, after making our monthly drop off of items and receiving a 20% off coupon, with he used purchasing the dvd player. The employee initial told us that there would be no return or exchange allowed, which would be an understandable it there was an area with a TV and cables that would enable the customer to make sure it worked. However, after speaking with 3 employees the cashier offer an acceptable solution, which was to give us 3 days to exchange. We tried the DVD player last night and it did not work. When my husband returned the item today to exchange for another dvd player priced the same, he was refused the discount he was original given on his purchase. Very disappointing and extremely terrible customer service. All we were asking was for common sense and common courtesy.Regards"……. An extremely disappointed customer

Have found a number of hidden treasures here. Have also donated a bunch of stuff. Great place. (Note: definitely chaotic and requires you going through a lot, but definitely have had some great finds.)

I find a lot of good thrift finds at this location, however I’ve noticed their pricing has gone up quite a lot. For example, selling a pair of used Hunter rain boots that someone donated for free for $45. It’s a bit much considering the purpose and target buyers of a second hand store. It’s a clean store though and they’re constantly putting out new inventory.

An absolute joke. The showcase area has it's own dedicated cash register to take every penny they can from you on over priced garbage on the spot. Despite the area being very affluent you won't find any value in this village.

Decently priced VV, with great name brands for women's clothing. Went on a Friday night and witnessed a staff talk rudely to a customer and take away the bell at the display case. While another constantly violated my personal space putting her hand in front of me to arrange clothes, and causing a mayhem with all the screeching of the racks. Was I unlucky or like the other reviewer pointed out below, is it militant style staff at this store?

This location is pretty organized, and you can almost always spot the staff working their magic. There's also almost no wait time to check out.Unfortunately, this location still didn't bring back the changerooms, but there are mirrors near the back to try items on.As for the selection, there's a good mix of items with fair prices. It's definitely a location worth visiting regularly.
