The worst Walmart location I’ve ever been to. Huge sections of the store are constantly being moved around over the past 6 months, making it impossible to find what I need. I tried ordering online for pickup, and consistently items are not found by Walmart pickers either even it shows 10+ in stock on the app. Another online order I placed to be picked up arrived too late, and they would not let me cancel the order at the store. Had to mail the item back and it took 15 days to get a refund, which I got only after having to follow up consistently with customer service. I’ve switched my shopping to Costco and Amazon, because even if it’s a couple bucks more it’s so much less frustrating a shopping experience.

I recently placed an order through the Walmart app for pickup instead of delivery by mistake. When I contacted customer service, I was provided with the store phone number for the Rexdale Walmart location. Unfortunately, when I called, the individual who answered was not receptive to my query about canceling the order and abruptly tried to disconnect the call, the black lady did not let me finish. I was surprised by this unprofessional behavior and, fortunately, an Indian gentleman later assisted me. I hope Walmart can provide additional customer service training to ensure a more positive experience for customers.

Horrible experience! The “lady” worker in the cosmetic area next to drug store was extremely rude. I politely asked her where a certain product was, and she (who was busy doing nothing) huffed and said “we don’t have it”… she didn’t even look for it. I later found it in that section, so i went to let her know that they do have that particular product. I just wanted her to know for future reference. When I approached her with the product, she made a sigh and rudely said in a “you are disturbing me while i’m standing here doing nothing” voice “what do you want now?!”I never write up reports or rate things on-line… i was so upset with this rude Walmart worker today that I signed into my Google account and wrote this up.Please Rexdale Walmart, i have been a loyal customer for years…. But as soon as Costco opens across the street, i am taking my business there. That person needs to learn some CS skills, or just some human decency skills.

Delivery for online orders is consistently on time, but 1-2 items are missing usually.Edit: Tried to order halloween chocolate that says in stock when making an order, but unavailable upon delivery. This the second time I have ordered specifically for an item, only for it to not be in stock. Delivery service is great from this location even though their inventory system is unreliable.

This is the worst Walmart I have ever been to and I have only been as a last minute desperation stop. It’s dirty, smells terrible and never has what you’re looking for. The staff are rude and unhelpful and this location has been this way for the 8+ years I’ve lived here. I’m local so very happy a Costco opened across the street. If you need Walmart head to the one on keele or st.Clair, ultimately it will waste less of your time.

Item I wanted to purchase was taken away from me at cash register and I was told they won't sell it to me and also made sure the scanned item wouldn't show up on my receipt as voided or removed. After checking with the Company of the product they confirmed to me that the item is NOT recalled.

Had a pretty negative experience with their Customer Service team. Requested some additional information, and the staff did not want to assist at all. I was looking for a product at another location, and normally I've had no trouble with other Wal Marts. This time, the staff member seemed irritated with my request, and advised that her computer was down. When I asked to speak with the Manager to see if they can look it up on their end, the computer started miraculously working again...

THANK GOD COSTCO IS OPENING ACROSS THE STREET SOON I barely ever step foot in a Walmart and tonight really solidified why i won’t ever come back and rather purchase off AmazonThe cashier (girl) she refuses to give me her name and turned her name tag around. who was on Register #16 at 9:30pm on August 23 2023 was upset at the customer in front of me for purchasing a bunch of ramen noodles and was giving them attitude . They decided last min they didn’t want all of them and left like 5 back. The cashier went to get her manager and was laughing with her for a while before she came back she kept walking away from the register with a huge line upAfter the customer paid the cashier decide she was going to take the noddles back to the cart to be taken back to be stocked up WHILE THERE WAS A LINE UP she took them one by one and stopping each time to talk to her friend on another register and the manager at self checkoutI went to ask the cashier if she was going to come back and check us all out there’s a line up she told me i need to wait she’s doing something. THERE WAS 6 people with carts full waiting to cash out. She finally came back and with a lot of attitude said you need to wait I’m doing something which was taking back the noodles bit by bit. She is the rudest person i have ever encountered at any place i have been she threw my items while scanning them. I asked her for a bag 3 times before she shouted at me they have no bags. I asked if she can get some from another register she said no. Her manager was called over who didn’t say anything to her and stood there while she cashed me out.The manager then decides to FOLLOW ME BACK ALL THE WAY TO MY CAR IN THR PARKING LOT she literally waited until i put all my things in my car and walked back. Not a word was said to the manager from me nor was there an issue or scene made so i wanna know why she thought it was appropriate to follow me to my car and wait. She did not say anything to the cashier when she witnessed her throwing my stuff as she scanned it nor apologized to me about her attitude. Walmart never fails to hire incompetent people just to fill up staffing. Why work in customer service when you have no customer service skills quit your job if you hate it so much.

This walmart took my money and then groceries were delivered to a different address. I have been trying to get this resolved for three days now. No groceries and no refund yet. I keep getting the run around that they escalated it and someone should be in touch with me soon. Now I'm out money and groceries.

I have been shopping at this location for many years and it is going from bad to worse. Even before covid hit the store was very unorganized, messy and many shelves remained empty. After covid hit it got much worse. When you ask an employee a question about when they are getting stock in, none of them can give you any concrete answers and they don't seem to know what they are doing. Now they are renovating at this location and it doesn't seem to be going very smoothly at all. I don't know why they are bothering to do this because once the Costco is up and running across the street it will be the store that everyone will choose to shop at and it will be way too much competition for Walmart to continue to remain open. It's such a shame and I have been very disappointed many times trying to shop at this Walmart location.

Disappointing Experience with Walmart Pick-up Order #7422373-002717I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with Walmart's pick-up service. On June 25, 2023, between 7-8pm, I placed an order with the Pick-up Order #7422373-002717. Unfortunately, there were two significant issues that marred my overall satisfaction with the service.Firstly, I was surprised to find that several produce items were handed over without any bags. Items like dill, green onions, and bananas were placed directly from one cart to another. Given the ongoing concerns about bacteria and viruses on various surfaces, even though COVID-19 may be on the decline, it is still crucial to maintain hygiene standards. I expected Walmart to take appropriate precautions and provide proper packaging for perishable items. Unfortunately, this was not the case, and it left me concerned about the potential risks associated with handling produce that may have been exposed to contaminants.Secondly, the attitude and behavior of the girl who delivered our groceries to the car were simply unacceptable. Throughout the last two years, I have been purchasing groceries online, and this was the first time I encountered such rudeness from a Walmart employee. The delivery person seemed disinterested and showed a lack of care when placing the items into the trunk. As the attached images clearly show, the groceries were haphazardly thrown into the trunk without any care or consideration for their condition. Furthermore, the delivery person rushed through the process and quickly left without acknowledging any potential concerns or addressing any questions or issues I had.Overall, this experience left me extremely dissatisfied with Walmart's pick-up service. The lack of proper packaging for perishable items and the rude behavior of the delivery person were significant letdowns. As a loyal customer who has been relying on online grocery shopping for the past two years, I had higher expectations from Walmart. I hope that Walmart takes this feedback seriously and takes appropriate steps to improve their pick-up service, ensuring better customer experiences in the future.

This by far is the worst Walmart I have ever been to and do not recommend it. We were visiting Toronto and I wanted to stock our hotel room kitchen with beverages, snacks, and the fixings for home cooked meals for myself and my family. We found that this was the closest Walmart in the area that we were in at the time. You have to put a quarter in the cart like you are at Aldi. The parking lot and outside of the store was dirty in appearance. When we got in we noticed the layout of the store reminded us of Dollar Tree or Big Lots and not Walmart. We were not impressed and we did not notice any rollbacks. I'm all for clearances and not wasting food, but I never seen Walmart ever take almost expired fruits and vegetables and other foods and bag them and make a clearance rack (this can be seen as good or maybe not so good-they could donate the food). The service in the store was very poor. We asked a worker to direct us to an item and he said I think it's over there and then said I'm not really sure where it is located and walked away from us. The store itself looked dirty and outdated looking and not bright. We opted to go through self checkout and at one point needed store clerk assistance. I asked a worker for help and he said hi and just stood at his post and didn't come to our register ( he left us until another worker came past and helped us). I do not recommend this Walmart and I should have walked out and not spent a cent there. I strongly suspect that this location is not practicing the Walmart mission.

I am sorry to say it is shame to share this for walmart. I was shopping in this store for a beach mat. There was a beach mat placed with other beach mats. I checked on my walmart app the price came as $16.98. I grabbed the mat when i was cashing out, there was no tag on the mat. I told two associates that it is the price for $16.98 they were like this mat seems bigger and i told them to check the price. They couldn’t find the price. Then I went by myself to find other mats and I believe so it was the last mat there. Then they called another manager and found the price as $49.98. I told them to follow the scanning code of practice as it was placed with other beach mats which as a customer I am not aware about. When I told manager Rouven to follow the scanning code of practice he told he wouldn’t do that for this item. I asker him what is scanning code of practice, can he show me? He was like it is mentioned on the registers, I again asked him to show me he didn’t showed me. Its such a shame for this store that the customer is not heard and not following the policies. For anyone not aware the scanning code of practice is Under the code, when the scanned price of an item without a price tag is higher than the displayed price, the customer is entitled to receive the item free of charge when it is worth less than $10, or receive a $10 reduction if the correct price is worth more than $10.Thanks and sad for Walmart when they have employees like that.No wonder Walmart is losing because of their employees.

I want to pick up some corn it was on sale they had none out. I asked a worker if they're going to bring more out. There was four of them looking at tomatoes. I waited for 15 minutes for for the corn. I got tired of waiting and I left. It really takes four of them look at tomatoes.
