Slow work. Slow workers. High rate.
Shop is a mess.
Seems more like a hang out than a workplace.
You’ll find better outside the GTA for motorcycles in Ontario.

Took my harley davidson electric glide in for service. Engine lite and batt lite on intermittently. I am going for a trip with some fellow bikers and explained my trip. Check out to be the stator and rectifier. They put a rush order in for me and had my bike running the next day. They where busy in the shop but wanted me to make my trip. These guys are great and very helpful They also go out there way for the little extras. I live in Fenelon falls and drive to etobicoke to Wild Side because I trust workmanship and price they give me.

You should book an appointment before you go, I tried going whitout one as some reviews says, for an easy fix. But no, I could not find that willingness to help I read on the reviews.

After a year fine tuning a used bike, I finally met my match with the previous owner’s creative wiring. I rode over to Wildside with no appointment.Expecting to leave my bike for a week or so, I was surprised when Dave and Mike invited me to bring the bike into the garage to have a look. After some consideration and troubleshooting, the issue was soon resolved and I rode home a few hours later. This is the opposite experience I’ve had at so many other garages who hang onto the bike for ages, only to do a half-hearted fix. What really stood out was Wildside’s hospitality, in conjunction with looping me in as they made their diagnosis. There were no surprises, no weird overages; just friendly, attitude-free repair AND HONEST PRICES.I strongly recommend Wildside. In a couple hours, they remedied an issue that had bedeviled me for weeks, and they did it all cheerfully, attentively and honestly.

Although it's a motorcycle shop, it's a great cultural experience.

Always a pleasure doing business at Wildside. I've been coming here since I moved back to Toronto in 2016. Not many people left that are willing, or even capable of effectively working on a 47 year old shovel head. Im pretty grateful these guys are. Quick to diagnose the cause of both mechanical and electrical issues and when they fix it, it's fixed right. And, never any surprises when it comes time to square up. In fact, always at the most reasonable rates I've come across. It's quite a thing to be able to recommend someone you trust these days. And I'm happy I can say it here.

Went there to shop for my first bike but they didn’t have bikes available. I was to check their instagram account for bikes.

Came in for the first time with two big on going issues that couldn't be fixed on my softtail, Dave and Mike helped me fix both in under an hour. Would highly recommend popping by and having a chat with Dave. Appreciate Wildside Moto thanks!

Great people, albeit far from the most value priced. The hospitality felt here is second to none after having bikes serviced at many a dealership. Every staff spoke with the utmost respect and welcoming energy. Honing my eyes to their custom bikes made me desire a higher discretionary income.

Good people and good service. They helped me install a part I needed last-minute for safety. And since the horrible policy at Service Ontario only gives you 10 days and most mechanics are busy for at least 2 weeks in advance and this is my commuter bike, the people at Wildside are truly life-savers.Thanks guys!
