I bought one of Zara jacket and after a week went to the store to find out that same jacket was 40% cheaper then I payed for. Before approaching employee quickly went on line and checked price adjustment policy. They will not adjust price but you can return item and repurchase for the lower price. When I approach cashier and told him that is stating on Zara website he was trying to reinsure me that is not correct . Very disappointed left the store .I felt being cheated customer

We had a great experience from Senedi who supported our technical issues at the point of sale terminal. Senedi heard our concern and offered to help. We ended up saving money on our purchases and felt cared for. Thank you for an exceptional experience.

Very dumb employees.
A jacket was $40 euro.
We didn’t even pay close attention but we accepted it.
At check out she said it’s euro, I said we are in Canada. We need a Canadian price, we are in Canada.
$40 euro after conversion is $65.
She said it’s $85 + tax.
I said isn’t it supposed to be $65?
She said import fee isn’t added on.
So I own many stores, should I start charging a fee on top of each of the item I sell?
This store mark up their price and give a discount.
It complete fraud to the people that are unaware.
Will bring it up tomorrow to the Zara headquarters.

Most perfume bottles are open or unsealed and still has it on sale. Won't care for the o check or offer fresh stock from the back of the store.
Several of them on their phone texting and not attending to customers. Customer service at itd worst

This branch is unacceptable—everything is disorganized. I arrived with my child to return an item. There were two separate lines: one for returns and one for purchases. The returns line was extremely long, while the purchases line was empty. I politely asked to be processed at the empty purchases counter, but the staff refused. I spoke with the manager, Deca, who was dismissive, unhelpful, and spoke with a very poor attitude. Instead of resolving the issue, she seemed more focused on lecturing me—while I was holding my child. In a public, customer-facing role, a manager is expected to show basic professionalism, empathy, and at least a minimal sense of humor to de-escalate situations; someone who lacks these qualities does not deserve to hold a managerial position dealing directly with customers. I’m shocked by the behavior and lack of basic customer service. I do not recommend this location.

This is, without exaggeration, one of the worst Zara store experiences I’ve had, and it’s entirely due to how this Sherway Gardens location is run.
Let’s start with the returns process, which feels less like customer service and more like a punishment. The return line is absurdly long, poorly managed, and chaotic. Standing there feels intentional — as if the goal is to make the experience so uncomfortable and frustrating that customers simply give up on returning items altogether. It’s honestly disgusting and leaves you feeling resentful rather than valued as a customer.
The store itself is a complete mess. Clothing is thrown everywhere, sections are disorganized, and nothing about the layout feels functional or welcoming. Instead of helping shoppers, staff members are glued to stacking clothes and moving piles around, completely ignoring customers who are clearly looking for assistance. When you do manage to get someone’s attention, the attitude is cold, dismissive, and at times outright rude.
What truly pushes this experience over the edge is the management. The manager I encountered was extremely unpleasant, unapproachable, and dismissive — the opposite of what a leader in a customer-facing role should be. Rather than de-escalating or attempting to help, she made the situation worse. That kind of behavior clearly trickles down, because the overall staff attitude reflects the same lack of care, professionalism, and respect.
It’s incredibly frustrating because I actually love Zara as a brand. I shop there regularly and expect a certain standard, even from a fast-fashion retailer. This location, however, feels like it has zero interest in customer experience. Between the hostile return process, untrained staff, and poor leadership, shopping here feels exhausting, irritating, and completely avoidable.
This store doesn’t just disappoint — it actively drives customers away. Until there is serious improvement in staff training, store organization, and management accountability, I would strongly recommend avoiding this Zara altogether. One star is generous for an experience like this.

I ordered an online item for XS and they gave me L size. When I asked customer service for a resolution, they were giving resolution as if I have to take all the troubles to return the item and get another one. Great customer service.

Went to Zara today around 6:30 pm. I picked up a shirt from Boxing Day sale that had 30 % off sticker on it. I really liked it because I’ve been eyeing balling the shirt for awhile now. I asked the red head upstairs for a size , she took off the sticker right in front of me and told me it was regular price. I was absolutely shocked. When you price something at a discounted rate, you should always honour that price. I still purchased the top because I didn’t it for a specific event, but I’m very disappointed in this experience.

Zara’s policy is confusing. No price match, no return-and-repurchase at the counter—but somehow returning items, going back to the floor for the same ones, and rebuying them is allowed. Very inefficient and frustrating.
Disappointing experience from a brand like Zara- unnecessary inconvenience for customers.

Here’s a clean, natural ~200-word review for Zara at Sherway Gardens, balanced and realistic, easy to paste into Google.
Zara at Sherway Gardens is a solid shopping stop if you are looking for trendy pieces without spending luxury level prices. The store is large and usually well stocked, with a good mix of casual wear, work friendly outfits and more dressed up options. The layout makes it fairly easy to browse, even though it can get busy during peak hours.
The styles are current and change often, which makes repeat visits worthwhile. You can usually find a few standout pieces each time, especially if you take your time to look through the racks. Fitting rooms are organized and move at a decent pace, which helps when the store is crowded.
That said, the quality can be hit or miss depending on the item. Some pieces feel great and last well, while others do not always justify the price. Staff were polite when approached, but not overly attentive, which is fine if you prefer to shop on your own.
Overall, Zara at Sherway Gardens offers a good balance of style and variety. It is a reliable place to shop when you want something current and easy without overthinking it.
