Honestly the staff are great,my ATM cards that never work,my on line banking that never works,the system which is constantly updating and never works,im tired this has been going on forr months now. New Year..new bank

I asked to make an appointment to open a bank account and the fella behind the counter said " there are no appointment openings for a long-time, Sorry." I was like ok can we make an appointment but he called some one else ahead of me, I didn't know what to make of it

Whenever I go to this branch The teller always ask me why don't I do my banking online very very rude Won't be coming back here anymore I should take all my investments out of the bank
