No one Ever seems to pick up a phone in the branch? I called a month ago and left a message with no call back now the question I had then has triggered a charge that would not have happened if they had called back. Tip for people if you have multiple accounts and they are linked in a family plan you shouldn’t get a monthly charge for the courtesy of having your $$ with them on the other accounts if the main is always in good standing. Customer service seems to be low on priority. It might be time to walk across the street to a competitor ??
The response by the review team is a laugh. If the bank reads this and wants to help they have my info thanks.
Update got through on Fri afternoon and someone will get back to me. Took 3 more calls to get a live person. Will update once I get a timely response which I doubt.

Very poor teller service. IE. Not enough. You take our money and except people …. me to stand in line for over 20 minutes while two tellers work on one persons problem. Go get a supervisor to help.

Teller holds funds on a bank draft not a cheque after I have been told by another teller in the past if I bring in bank draft there will be no holds. Deposit May 19 funds available June 1. Going to lose a customer. This guy needs to be dismissed

Never a let down. The most help full. Feel like each time i go I'm not rushed out or anything but always leave knowing my bank problems ate solved. Best BMO bank I've ever been to
