In late summer we contacted Colin about a pontoon boat. Since we were new to Pontoon boats he took the time to show us what he had. We then contacted
Him on some other features and we were steered to Glenn his father.
He answered our questions and then took us out on Cameron to get a feel and

Sure I docked it ok and then gave us pointers on putting on the cover. It was
A Great experience from start to finish!
Overall the communication was good from start to finish and the price was something we both could live with.
They now have the boat for winter storage so we will see how that goes
They only negative items I could say was that as part of winter storage we had been told that a check list would be gone through with us which was not done and was told to leave the key in the boat . I ended up putting the cover on at the marina dock as it looked like rain and not sure when the boat would be coming out of the water and also the key was not as easy to get to

The only reason I give Fenelon Falls Marina a 5 star rating is because 6 star is not available to give.
This is a family run business that is super clientele and service oriented.
If you're thinking about buying a new boat or servicing your boat, this place is, in my opinion, the best .
It all started by getting the boat built the way I wanted it.
Colin and Glen were great to deal with. Glen even went out of his way to get us the lime green colour that my wife liked so much. This colour was not normally available in the 2024 line, but Glen made it happen.
I purchased the 191 SVX with 175 HP Yamaha in the lime green with Conac interior. This is a great boat that the whole family is enjoying.
But what really stands out to me is the service department.
A big thank you to Aaron and his team .
I had what I call a " first world problem " - My matts on the floor
of the boat where lifting.
What really impressed me was how the problem was handled.
Aaron was on top of it. He contacted Starcraft on my behalf, kept me update on a resolution and Starcraft did the right thing and sent him the new Sea deck matts and a team up from the States to install new product at no charge under warranty.
Not only that, Aaron had arranged to have the boat picked up and delivered to the marina in Fenelon Falls (which is over an hour away from my cottage) and delivered back to me clean and problem resolved, at no charge.
That is excellent customer service that just does not just stop once the the the boat is purchased and driven of the lot.
This what sets them apart from other Marinas and that is why I call them a world class marina.
Thank you Collin and Glen for having the boat built the way we wanted it.
Thank you Aaron and your team for the incredible after service that we received.
Thank you to the people at Starcraft for standing behind your warranty .

We picked up our new StarCraft pontoon yesterday. Great experience from start to finish! We live a few hours from this marina and it was worth the drive.
Great communication from start to finish, fair value of trade in, and the best price we could find on a pontoon with everything we wanted.
When we arrived at the marina we were welcomed right away by one of the young ladies detailing our new boat. She was quick to point us in the right direction as we had never been here before.
We were taking out on the water and shown how everything works and given the chance to look everything over.
After we were happy we took care of the paper work,everything was ready and there was no delays.
Our only complaint is that we don't live close enough to get our service done here.
Absolutely would recommend this marina!

I have never been treated so poorly at a Marina in my life. Colin lies every time he opens his mouth and he isn't wrong it's the rest of the world. I had a boat there for over a month with no offers I left with my boat and had it sold within an hour. I will never deal with them again.

Took delivery of our new Starcraft with 115hp Yamaha this week. Colin took us out on the lake for a thorough test run and to explain the proper workings, explaining everything ensuring we understood. All great. Colin even did a follow-up call to ensure all was fine after we launched and rode our boat home. We have been a customer of Fenelon Falls Marina for many years and this is our 5th purchase from them and we are always treated very well. The fine folks here service, winterize and store our boats as well. They are professional, very personable and friendly to deal with. We highly recommend them. Thanks Glenn, Heather, Colin and team.

Disaster!! Brought the boat in for outboard motor controls replacement. Promise was 1 week. Control parts had to be re-ordered 3 times-- wrong parts ordered. Then could not start motor claiming they have no experience with large hp Mercury outboards. What to do? Had to take boat after 4 weeks down time and would not start and paying $1500. !! Now have to find a reputable dealer to fix the mess and pay an additional $500. - $1000. People were nice but this job was just out of their league. Lost the boat use for most of the summer. If you need service for a large HP Mercury outboard stay away do your research to find a reputable dealer
