When it was highlands propane the service was great, now when you call you never get the same person. My tank was at 30% January 25. I requested a delivery. They scheduled it for Feb 3. They then sent an email saying your delivery will be delayed, rescheduled it for February 6. Showed up in a snow storm and the driver took pictures of a snow covered tank. That has a road plowed right to the left side of it. But conveniently when taking pictures from the cab of his truck he never showed that side of the tank. They said it’s not a clear access. I immediately replied with current pictures and my tank is now at 0 percent and they’re going to let me know in the next few days when they can schedule a new delivery. Propane is my only heat source. Great work superior! this will probably be my last fill up from your company

We are former customers. They came unannounced after we informed them we would be switching suppliers so we were left without propane for a week as a result. They have not refunded us the money owed for the propane we paid for that was taken with the tanks. It's been almost two months without a refund. If I could give negative stars I would. I do not recommend anyone use this company

Just received an email from Superior Propane stating my tank rental was going from $60 a year to $600 a year. We haven’t had these tanks for a calendar year yet. Such a rip off. DONT trust them. Go anywhere else. I had nothing put poor customer service and no reasonable explanation

Called, took almost 20 mins to essentially be told tough luck on having them fill 100lb tanks. Apparently they don't fill "small" tanks anymore now that they were bought by Superior.

used them for ages great family. now that superior owns it HORRIBLE, Poor customer service. stay away from them goto Northwood they actually care and call back to help you out

I am not a Highlands Propane customer, my house uses natural gas ... But 2 of the employees came onto my property, and loudly knocked on doors and windows .. when met with no answer, they than realised the mistake and went to the ACTUAL address next door ? Not Appreciated at all!

I had my hot water tank replaced and changed to a gas one yesterday. Being a tenant at my residence I was not the one who set this all up but I was the one who dealt with the employees in my house and I had to come on here and rave about how amazing Mike was and how comfortable he made me having 2 men in my home that I don't know from Adam and being a single mom. He was friendly, informative and efficient. Not only did he make me feel comfortable but I know that the job was done right as he came back on his own time to check plus came back again today to caulk a vent that the other employee missed. Highlands is lucky to have Mike as an employee!

Was a great company to deal with until it was sold to Superior.Had the fan on our fireplace go out just after Christmas, called to get it serviced by a Highlands technician only to have Superior try to outsource it to a third party. Finally got a Highlands technician to service our unit - which I have no complaints with the service.Fast forward a few weeks - received our invoice in the mail which is addressed to both myself and my husband, called to make the payment only to be put on hold at Superior for 20 minutes and have the lady on the phone inform me that I wasn't on the account and wouldn't be able to access any information without my husband's consent. She then proceeded to call my husband at work to ensure that I could be added to the account (which already had my name when it was Highlands and produced my name on the invoice). Needless to say the customer service and accounting organization is less than desirable since the switch.

Hyland propane was great .Now superior ,on hold forever ,no customer service there at all now.What a joke ,don't respond back by saying email us and leave a number .Would rather talk to the originals with there great local customer service.

We used more than usual amont of propane and ran out. Jackie and the team mobilized so fast to get us more propane and helped us to ensure our furnace was working. Such excellent customer service!

Prices have jumped I think because prices have gone up everywhere but since being bought by Superior I've come close to running out a few times.

It was a great company until they became part of superior propane. Was on hold for over 30 mins waiting to speak to someone, then finally a customer representative came on, I asked were she was answering from and she said Montréal not from FENELON FALLS. What happened to speaking to a local person. I was a customer for about 5 and half years now planning to switch companies.
